But is that possible, given how much he had?If that happen and pleads down to a misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor it's a W for Rekieta.
Still no accountability, it is still not his fault, he is forced to do this to be a good example for his sons.
Absolutely fucking felted.
So if I'm understanding this correctly, if he pleads guilty and takes a deal then they either have to lump in the cyber crimes/witness tampering into whatever deal he gets or else he can't be charged again because of double jeopardy?
I can't imagine he has the same plea offer as it was months ago with how much shit he's been kicking in the court's eyes. If they're pissed off enough to hunt down Ralph, I hope they throw the book at him hard.
A real man would be setting the example to his kids to never stop fighting when you know you're innocent, and never let anyone fuck you over for something you didn't do.It is remarkable that after months of filing retarded documents, arguing with the courts, accusing the state of conspiring against him, Nick finally decides to take the plea deal everyone said he should take, and he is STILL managing to sound like a SovCit doing it.

I am not sure if this conviction will affect the possible penalties on those crimes.
Tbf thats exactly how Nick thinks real men are like. Don't expect too much from a pencil neck cuckoldA real man would be setting the example to his kids to never stop fighting when you know you're innocent, and never let anyone fuck you over for something you didn't do.
I mean that's a terrible example for his sons though. If you think you are actually innocent and that there was no wrongdoing from your side there is absolutely no reason to plead guilty and you will be vindicated at trial. I'll go to a more extreme case of one Daniel Villegas. It is remarkable that after months of filing retarded documents, arguing with the courts, accusing the state of conspiring against him, Nick finally decides to take the plea deal everyone said he should take, and he is STILL managing to sound like a SovCit doing it.

OHHHHH MY GOOOOOOOD EVIL EDDIE RIGGED THE PLEA DEALFor god's sake, get a poll up so we can gamble on it!
It's not completely out of the realm of possibility but unlikely right off the bat. He might qualify for a stay of imposition - where at the end of his probation period, the crimes get dropped to misdemeanor level. Hell, he might still be able to get the desired stay of adjudication if/when he pleas today. Is it possible he pleads down to a misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor, or is he gonna be a felon like Ralph?
But that's the thing, if he is actually innocent there is no reason for him to plea guilty.I'm still holding out hope he does the funnier thing and fights this out. Come on Rackets, fight for your innocence! It's the right thing to do for an innocent, unjustly targeted man like yourself!
nick will go to trial. Wet brains demand it.I'm still holding out hope he does the funnier thing and fights this out. Come on Rackets, fight for your innocence! It's the right thing to do for an innocent, unjustly targeted man like yourself!
No. They would be considered two entirely different criminal charges. So if I'm understanding this correctly, if he pleads guilty and takes a deal then they either have to lump in the cyber crimes/witness tampering into whatever deal he gets or else he can't be charged again because of double jeopardy?
