You can, but the admins are firmly on the side of troons and will happily selectively enforce rules in order to ensure the freaks can infest whatever subreddit they wish. This means you can make as many lesbian subs as you want, but if you dare to forbid troons from participating in them then you're liable to either get the subreddit banned for whatever trumped up reason they want or just handed over to tranny mods while your account gets banned.

It's funny, there was actually kind of a canary in the coal mine incident waaaay back in the day with troons taking over LGBT spaces, specifically on the /r/lgbt subreddit.
