AFAIK the only thing he’s actively prohibited from talking about is Kayla. If what you’re saying is true, it hasn’t stopped him from talking about:

* April’s tweeting
* talking about the google stuff on his show (albeit vaguely)
* Keanu and Geno
* Aaron

on his show and/or his twitter. There’s nothing keeping him from making a farms account or talking about a potential legal action that is at least separate from the suit against him (even if it has implications for it). It might not be super smart until things are wrapped up, but there’s no reason not to.
 
So the Warski allegations are literally only hearsay about something that happened over a year ago (before he's said to have gotten sober) by a scorned ex-girlfriend who clearly wants some attention because she went on the Pillstream?

I've never seen such a smoking gun before in my entire life. This totally negates any criticism Warski has of Rackets.

Correction:
  • If I have it right it was his ex-best friend who fired up his own stream before going on the Pillstream. According to him Cokeski and PPP had some kind of orgy with black prostitutes with MetokurMasochist. PPP watched from the corner, lounging on two beds while Warski was slapping Masochist on the back and cheering him on.
  • Problem is he seemed strung out and retarded, but one of Andy's ex-paypigs joined the call and seemed much more lucid and therefore more credible, but there's no telling whether he witnessed it first hand or if he received the information secondhand.
  • The most damning ebidence is Cokeski's psycho e-girl gf went off on the ex-best friend and said something along the lines of "YOU were the one having sex with the hookers!" which lends credence to the existence of the black courtesans.

There is zero to gain and a lot more to lose by commenting on anything., especially if it's only for the sake of our entertainment.

If I were in his shoes I wouldn't even be discussing the interest of the police in the case. It could be to lure Rekieta out of his hidey hole on the matter since Nick and his cronies are overwhelmingly bad at keeping their mouth shut (see: hilariously bad actions when Melton was alerted of his actions being a felony). But that's still a risky gambit I wouldn't take. It's more likely Aaron's pride inducing him to talk, but that's a deadly sin for a reason.

The biggest thing here, and I still don't even care cause it's 2 gay couple with no kids involved is the allegation that andy did coke. But if this happened more than 1 year ago, outside the window where andy claim he's sober, then it's an even more nothing burger.

The rest didn't sound any worse than what I remember reading of andy's dealing with the gunt. The one where gunt ate a burger off a trashcan. It's literally the fucking sektur.
