But that's the thing - even if it wasn't a scam and Nick is telling the truth, it's still completely characteristic of his hypocrisy and his ridiculous priorities. Who goes to an event called Hedonism to pay for abortions and talk about anime? Why be so defensive when we've seen him on camera in a drug fueled polycule with another couple and scorned his own conservative image? Every version of this story, including it being completely true, makes Nick look absurd.

The same way you can't clean your house, do your children's laundry or feed your children. The same way you can't pay your traffic tickets or your property taxes. The same way you have a young daughter test positive for long-term coke use and it means less than nothing to you. They are both junkies with brains full of holes who might as well be children.
 
In Nick's mind that 15 minute afternoon drive to court was yet another stream delaying event where he was 'helping someone with a personal matter'. You just know every time he puts in the bare minimum for Kayla, the kids, and friends, he banks the menial effort to present later as day devouring charity.

Sounds like it was a woman that Nick harassed outside the courthouse today. Makes it more pathetic to be so self involved to harass a woman out by herself in public for daring to attend the court he was in. Nick is such a weak cuckold. His butthurt antics won’t stop people from laughing at him.

Nick didn't just try to confront the observer. Apparently, Nick ran out of the building to get in position to record the spectator as they left.

This is very interesting, because if you will recall, recording and identifying the spectators was supposed to be Ralph's job for Rekieta's omnibus hearing.

Ralph flew all the way out from Merida to Mexico City to Tijuana to San Diego to Minneapolis to Willmar to film the spectators. But then he got there and he didn't really seem that into it. He didn't even bother before the hearing and afterwards he only got a blurry photo from behind at maximum zoom.

Did Rekieta put him up to it?

Counterpoint: Ralph was very into the idea of being an IRL tough guy, but forgets most people grow taller than 5'5 and then isn't as into it for some reason.
