Screen looks like shit and the speaker sounds even worse, so you are almost 100% paying 100 dollars for the hardware that interacts with just the software and not just hardware on its own like you would normally expect with any fucking alarm clock lol. Even the software is mediocre at best shown in this video
Still baffles me that someone would actually enjoy using this, like yes I want to be treated like a toddler as soon as I wake up with fucking Mario/nintendo sounds and having to smack my alarm clock or getting infont of the infrared sensor to shut it off as well, fuck even for kids it would almost certainly get destroyed from how tedious the concept seems long term.

I’ve been going through any sort of info relating to Nintendo’s NSO Playtest, here’s a list…’
  • Nintendo recommends using a wired connection when using the service and playing it in docked mode.
  • The game itself will be around 2.2 GBs in size
  • Participants are being asked to not share any information regarding the test or website with others (there’s currently no confirmation saying that NDAs are involved).
  • Participants are also being asked to not share the download codes to the test since they can’t be reissued.
The current guesses are a reimagining/return of Miiverse or something related to streaming GCN and Wii games.

Character designs suck thought. I don't like the electrical outlet themes. Do the Mario & Luigi devs have a dartboard when coming up with a theme with their games? Beans, Aliens, Vore, Dreams, and now Electrial Outlets?

First third or so of the game was good. After that, it sounded like the writers ran out of ideas. Which is exactly what happened with Paper Jam, weirdly enough

Yeah, but it's still better than going down the same route that Paper Mario is heading. But I honestly don't expect much from the Extension Corps, aside from them combining together to form something ridiculous.

I can still remember when Google also sold cardboard and people bought it in droves because it had Google on it.

A hundred bucks for a shitty, branded alarm clock that requires an internet connection. It's Juicero all over again.

Letting things that aren't desktops or laptops have internet access was a mistake.
 
That has to be the most obnoxious shit that I have ever seen. Everything about it looks and sounds like complete shit.
