If I had known who i was buying it from I'd have not done a damn thing. I just saw the funny cop clip and thought "yeah this is up my alley." Funnily enough, I only knew Max through the "scuffle" that never happened that bobvids oh so desperately wanted to ignite with that Weegee the God guy over plagiarism (why is it always a something awful goon whining about this shit?) on Max's voice acting/mic video and like, MAYBE a few voice roles he had in things like Sanity not Included, et al Lyle Rath productions.

From what I've seen, it's just a mishmash of shit that I think ruined all the allure that it had for me.
The game's writing took a nose dive and the characters constantly and continuously say something along the lines of "fuck off, kill yourself" multiple times (in the first game the pedophilia accusations were thrown everywhere but in the second game i don't exactly recall any reoccuring phrases). One of my biggest issues is that things are out of touch like the "CHILD PORN WING" in the trafficking route (there's an alternate scene where it's a "Dan Schneider approved" child porn wing, which is kind of funny considering all the foot stuff randomly put in here but not all that funny tbh).
(i couldn't find the image on the steam community, but I know I saw it. Seems like things are getting deleted.)
There's a call back to Nicole's suicide from the first game and Jecka's the one who finds it, which could've had MORE impact, if the route wasn't just more shock value of Nicole fucking Jecka's dad with her toes in his mouth. The mention of Palestine FEELS like it was included, just to weed out certain people from the fanbase (which is funny because I think everyone is tapped out now from all the other shit.) The stupidest addition in my opinion, is that there's the Hatman.
Those unaware, the Hatman is a hallucination that comes from taking benadryl, and is a constantly cited sighting among people who are addicted to it. I could not find anything on Google that cited this sighting before 2010 except for this article that feels like a literal boogeyman, rather than a hallucination. Please remember these games take place in the late 2000s and end around 2009 because of the namesake.
I still think it's rather tasteless to do all this just to weed out people even if you don't like it. But I do find it rather funny that a guy like him will throw accusations of pedophilia and that liking anime girls, no matter the titsize, makes you a pedophile, but then has the audacity to not only make scenes where Geoffrey is getting stepped on by both Nicole and Jecka, but also, is calling them mommy (was this even a thing in the 00s? I'm not a sexual deviant nor am I willing to risk searching "did people call sexual partner's mommy" even in incognito.)
These images were all taken from the Steam Community. I do not own nor have played Class of 09 The Flipside, so some of my statements may not be entirely factual involving routes. I have no plans to purchase or play the game in any state and will not be correcting any claims unless they're majorly incorrect (such as if the Nicole suicide is also the same route as her fucking Jecka's dad)

As someone who sorta liked the first two games, the final third game of the class of 09 series felt like a middle finger from the creator. I have played the flipside (got my refund) and here are some things that are wrong with it:
- There are only 5 endings from the game and the game was priced higher compared the two (First game had more than 10 ending, second game had 7). With only around 5 choices, making the game feels like an audio book. This means that almost half of the route in the game is fetish content (2 feet related stuff, 1 getting offered to taliban because FBI thinks she knows too much after she accidentally found illegal porn stash of the company she worked)
- Jecka, the main friend of the main character of the two games, was abused 99% of the game without any break, even by the main MC who respected her in the previous 2 games. You will see a lot of reviews mentioning that it felt like this was written by a different writers, but it feels like he written it to spite people who actually liked the game (and not coming from the tiktok crowd or just in it for the lesbianism). Everybody, including me, was actually interested to play as Jecka, since in the two previous game she acted as the straight man / voice of reason to Nicole (the protag on the last 2 games) insanity. She constantly get abused by her father who wanted to kick her out and most of the route ended up with her going to sex work and doing feet. The world seems hellbent on trying to make her life miserable and a lot of the scenes felt very close to real life abuse scenario, but without the funny ironic sense that the two games had. Only 1/5 ending was “good” for the main character. Hence you see the reviews on steam as this game is a misery porn.
- When you do beat the game (thanks renpy skip function), the creator talked about how media representation matters and that whoever disliked the game is a pedo. It is funny to note that all the males are either creep / jocks / pedo, while all the women is thought as bitchy bimbos. So, if he thinks writing this is some sort of “message”, all he does is just makes it so that everyone is their worst stereotype. There is also a final video exclaiming why he thinks that there is no god and everything bad that happened is because of you, in a weird found footage creepy kinda way. Also the intro of the game had the SBN3 text with a girl praying on a camera with the tagline something about SBN3 being a god.
First time poster here, wanted to shine a light on why people dislike the newest game. The only thing I know about this guy is from class of 09 I played, never interacted with the fandom other than this thread.
