I see them everywhere too. There are troons in my building. Troons at stores. Troons on the street. I once saw 3 different troons in a 5 minute span at one convenience store. I suspect the reason trannies seems to congregate in random places without correlation to local politics or acceptance is that Troons are generally low-income. You'll find them anywhere livin' is cheap and landlords won't bitch about a stinkditch or two befouling their rental and missing rent payments because next door there are 12 illegal aliens sharing a one bedroom and a crack den down the hall.
Trannies make a lot of money and usually come from well off backgrounds, but they blow it all. I wouldn't call them "low income", just bad with money. They take up resources in homeless shelters due to their own actions that caused homelessness unlike a lot of others.

Whenever I see troons, it's always where modern day nerds would congregate like comic-cons, quirky libraries and bookstores, American Japanese restaurants. If it's something that twee, dorky women like, you will find pooners there. If it's something that nerdy, loser men like, you will find troons there.
