No way he streams tonight. Not after a WHOLE WEEK of driving kids around and gaslighting everyone who still talks to him. That shit's exhausting when you don't have any coke to deal with all the stress!Over/Under balldo nigger will stream tonight?!
He said "probably Friday." It's 12:05 AM EST.
Still no YouTube or Rumble stream created as of this moment . . . . . . . . . . . .
It would also be funny if Nick's lawyer fucked up in a similar way that Ty did. One simple "mistake" that ruined everything.Would be funny if Nick's lawyer either missed the deadline or fucked up somehow where he thought it was all good to go but it wasn't and there's no stream because Nick has been seething for the last few hours, furiously tard raging and hitting himself in between rounds of shower calling his lawyer.
We call this the "Ty Beard Strategy"Would be funny if Nick's lawyer either missed the deadline or fucked up somehow where he thought it was all good to go but it wasn't and there's no stream because Nick has been seething for the last few hours, furiously tard raging and hitting himself in between rounds of shower calling his lawyer.
Normally I believe court reply/rebuttal calendars are 10 day/5 day. These are "business days" as they are less than 3 weeks. I believe the judge set specific dates but given Nick's retardation, I bet he'll push it as a standard 5 day response. With the past Monday being Labor Day, 5 days would give him until Monday. Calendar fuckery is something that Nick would love to argue.Would be funny if Nick's lawyer either missed the deadline or fucked up somehow where he thought it was all good to go but it wasn't and there's no stream because Nick has been seething for the last few hours, furiously tard raging and hitting himself in between rounds of shower calling his lawyer.
Maybe he's conceding that the Frank's hearing is a lost cause and decided to save money by not filing a response. It would also be funny if Nick's lawyer fucked up in a similar way that Ty did. One simple "mistake" that ruined everything.
I'm pretty sure it's not obligatory to file a reply to a reply. And there's really nothing the Barneswalker could file that would repair the absolute disaster that was his first filing, which the state devastated.Would be funny if Nick's lawyer either missed the deadline or fucked up somehow where he thought it was all good to go but it wasn't and there's no stream because Nick has been seething for the last few hours, furiously tard raging and hitting himself in between rounds of shower calling his lawyer.
Or alternately is unrealistically confident that his original argument stands on its own with no further support necessary.Maybe he's conceding that the Frank's hearing is a lost cause and decided to save money by not filing a response.
As shown in the transcript, he specifically asked for the opportunity to file a reply to their brief.I'm pretty sure it's not obligatory to file a reply to a reply. The best part was that the prosecutor styled the reply it as a "memorandum." As if it was a lecture on the law and the facts. Which it was. I don't know how common that is but it made me chuckle.I'm pretty sure it's not obligatory to file a reply to a reply.

There are types of legal filings. A motion is basically telling the court what the party thinks it should do. And a memorandum is the legal argument as to why it should do that. Depending on the style manuals or rules or whatever, sometimes these are filed as one document and sometimes as two or more. The best part was that the prosecutor styled the reply it as a "memorandum." An Instagram update:It turns out that KF user @Mike Stoklasas Spock Ears had noticed WEEKS PRIOR to the public revelation that Aaron was allegedly dating a woman named Ann, that Nick Rekieta had started following her account on Instagram!
Pornstars typically use stage names. So I'd say her "name" is alliterated because she's retarded.I remember learning about her back when the MDE subreddit was a thing. Specifically, the video of where she's crying over her dead lizard. My question is, is she retarded because of her name alliteration or is her name alliterated because she's retarded??
Or maybe he's dead.No stream, no response, guess he's hittin the drinky
So Aaron is chaotic nutral in this DnD story?? Hnmm... So who is the hero out of this?? My story money is on Sean or lawtube and Null.. More funny if it turns out to be the farms crew who attened the omibus.. They all look cool enough to introvert/extrovert with.Aaron's neither lucky nor unlucky, he's getting exactly what he deserves for getting involved with the Rekietas
Aaron is neutral evil.So Aaron is chaotic nutral in this DnD story?? Hnmm... So who is the hero out of this?? My story money is on Sean or lawtube and Null.. More funny if it turns out to be the farms crew who attened the omibus.. They all look cool enough to introvert/extrovert with.
The closest thing to a hero in this tale is the Pastor who went to the police and got the ball(do) rolling. So Aaron is chaotic nutral in this DnD story?? Hnmm... So who is the hero out of this??
