I am loving this game so far! It really does feel fresh and new, plus the setting and new characters/Pokemon are awesome. I really like Lillie in particular.

Also, I'm trying to explore a bit and not rush through the game like I usually do.
 
Am I the only one who got Sun? lol

Edit: Apparently not, most people I know got Moon.

Don't be afraid to check everything out, maybe even twice over, there are a lot of small quests and little scenes you can get to get various items, TMs, and money. There's stuff going on everywhere in Alola.

After you receive your Pokedex, if you go to the main menu under the Continue option should be the Mystery Gift option. Choose Recieve Gift and then Get via Internet. After that you can pick it up in any Pokemon Center from a guy in a Hawaiian shirt that is to the immediate left of the Pokemon Center nurse.
 
A few qr codes to help fill up the dex that I found, it's a shame you don't actually get them though, I'd fucking die to get my hands on them.

I'm hearing that going online before release date would issue you a perma-ban, whether it's a pirated copy of not. Can anybody confirm that?
 
Alright I've got 8 Popplio eggs so far and counting, so just PM me with your friend code if you want to be gifted one.
 
Picked it up yesterday after I finished work. Started a game with feem and we chose Litten. Going for an all wrastlin' team for the six when Poke bank is up.

I really like SuMo so far. It's a really refreshing take on the series. The Island challenge stuff confuses the hell out of me still, but it's a nice change from the usual formula. My only complaint is the damn RotomDex. I can't help but find myself getting irrationally angry at the damn thing, I find it annoying. (Bring on the :autism: ratings for the last sentence.)
 
Amazon won't deliver my copy of Moon until next weekend. (:_( It especially sucks because it's probably going to get here on the same day as the Iron Bowl.

I'm definitely picking Rowlet, catching a Slowpoke, then building my party from there as I go.

IIRC, Cosplay Pikachu can't be transferred.
 
Anybody know when you get access to Poke Pelago? I've been seeing conflicting stuff online and no concrete answers.
