I'll continue to consider that a probable mistake until the child abuser is charged with the abuse Kayla is charged she knew of.

Exception can be that a "violent 8 year old" (or any other young child) was the one who was pulling someone's hair, scratching kicking and biting other children. If child is too young parents are the ones to get charged. However if kid commits a serious crime both parents should be charged for it not just the one who "knew and allowed" the abuse. It's possible that "abuse" if done by a child in the family doesn't necessitate criminal prosecution of the parents, but it's more in the social work realm, but in that case I wouldn't expect Kayla to be charged with it either. Their family is dysfunctional and I wouldn't be at all shocked if relationships between siblings was nasty, but just because I wouldn't be at all surprised by it that doesn't mean I believe it must have happened and it had to be nasty.

I'm staying in the "mistake" camp for the time being, until there is any more info on the matter.

Got a theory. What if... Minnesota lawyers and people Rekieta has worked with in the past are the ones pulling strings and "accidentally" leaking these documents? Kind of like how everyone that are supposed to be his friends leaking all of his private meltdowns.

Would make sense cause apparently Nick has always been seen as a shithead within his local law practicing community. Having a history of being bitter and argumentative with judges no doubt put him on a few peoples shit lists. He may not be too far off with the idea there is a conspiracy against him but he thinks its the government like a retard.
