It's nothing he hasn't said before. Those were the "what were you doing with Kayla?" questions.

The ebidance suggests Nick or Kayla dosed their kid with cocaine for it's "medicinal benefits.". The cops never mentioned finding drugs all over. They would've nailed Nick for that.
