Yeah, absolutely. I've seen a lot of that as well. It's really unfortunate. Sometimes it's like.... well it's somewhat Grandma's fault for raising her kids so poorly that she ended up having to raise the grandkids as well. But sometimes their kids just end up fucked up even though they were given a decent childhood and opportunities in life. The latter would seem to be the case for Nick and Kayla.

My theory is that its an attempt to re-create the rush of an earlier or first "transgressive" sexual experience. They are similar to drug addicts in that they develop a tolerance to whatever gives them sexual arousal/excitement or a sexual rush. The only way to overcome that tolerance is go deeper and more decadent.

Yeah, that's true. I think they still do that to a slightly lesser degree.

I've been offered painkillers several times in the last decade. Went to the hospital to get checked out after dropping something heavy on my foot. Didn't turn out to be anything serious but I was offered pain killers (can't recall which type). Get some dental work done, offered vicodin to deal with the pain afterwards. Calf strain a few months ago? Well better prescribe me a muscle relaxer.

I didn't need, nor did I take those medicines in any of these situations, but it's insane how often a doctor will *still* try to prescribe addictive painkillers when the pain you'd be dealing with would be so minor without them. In all of these cases a few Tylenol and a couple days is all I needed.

I think the worst one I have heard of comes from my mom's friend. To make a long story short, both parents lost custody of their child, the father's mother gets sole custody and everything is fine until the mother of the child comes back eight years later to fight for custody of the child.
You couldn't be fucked to raise the child for eight years and now you want custody of your own child?
 
I don't think there's anyone on this website that would disagree with the statement: "CPS needs across the board reform."

But I have my doubts it ever seriously will. This is because any ground-level, organic movement to change CPS started by good-hearted people who are tired of seeing headlines like "child gets awarded back to druggie parent, gets sold for sex and murdered" is going to have retard trailer trash parents whose children were taken away from them for very good reason riding their coattails. These are the low-IQ degenerates that will neglect and abuse the fuck out of their kids, then whine and cry about how much they "love they keedz" and "muh ebil gubbament" when CPS finally takes them away. Rackets seems to fall into this category even though he doesn't really want his kids back.

Any anti-CPS or CPS reform social media pages and groups are chock full of Crystal Methany's upset CPS took Fatherless Baby #5 away so they lost their EBT money. For example, Susan Schofield herself was in attendance at several different anti-CPS gatherings when she had neither child and is now currently trying to use her zombie daughter Jani as a political tool against them. It will be hard to get taken seriously if that's who you are standing beside. Yes, CPS does take children they shouldn't from time to time, but that's rare; the problem usually is that they didn't take the kids quick enough. Also, keep in mind that CPS doesn't make the news for doing its job...only if it fails. Good foster parents don't make the news for being good foster parents.

TLDR "muh evil CPS" is real but in the current situation it is total cope.
