I think there is a nonzero chance that she actually takes the stand to testify against Nick to get a more lenient sentence that doesn’t include prison time. At this point, I don’t think they could get a plea deal that doesn’t result in prison.

At this point, almost anything is on the table for Nick’s degeneracy. Every time you think he’s been exposed for the most disgusting thing, he comes out with another revelation. There is no rock bottom. He can always go lower, until he’s dead.

It’s been fascinating that the generally accepted speculation has consistently been exceeded.

He likes to take our wife on overseas vacations to watch her get blacked —> they are bringing the swinging partners into the home, living with them, exposing the kids to the Qover.

Nick drives the kids around after staying up all night drinking, with inadequate sleep or time to sober up —> Nick is recklessly speeding around, witnessed driving drunk by multiple locals, swerving, no insurance or registration, constantly being pulled over.

Nick hates his kids and delegates their care and taking care of the house to our wife and the nanny —> No one is caring for the kids. They are all starving and filthy. The house is a disaster.

Nick is taking coke during his streams —> the whole house, favorite child included, are on coke and large quantities are lying around openly. Nick’s late night drives are coke pickups and hookers and polycules visits.

Nick is progressively more openly heretical, people speculate this may cause problems for his church homeschool coop and his teaching —> Nick has been fired from teaching, some of the kids are taken out of homeschooling and not being taught at all.

I think it’s not useful to speculate about sexual abuse at this point, we definitely need concrete evidence first. Whatever happened in that hell house, only time will tell as more facts become available. However there are definitely warning signs and escalations that at least warrant some discernment from people who personally involve themselves with Nick and his harem, or allow them to associate with their families in real life.

  • A major risk factor for this type of abuse is the presence of non-related sexual partners of parents being in the home. The kids don’t just have to worry about running into mom’s boyfriend, but Nick’s as well.
  • Nick has carried on his drug-fueled sex orgies in the family home filled with children.
  • Nick has attempted to set up an at home sex dungeon next to his children’s bedrooms. The only thing that stopped this was repeated refusals by contractors.
  • Nick has walked back his stance on pedophilia. He used to say all pedos deserve the wall. Now he has said nobody deserves the wall in response to others saying pedos should be killed, he has associated himself with brazen open pedophiles in the sektur. He used to say cuties was CSAM and that the producers and distributors should be prosecuted and/or executed. He now says that cuties is beautiful artistic free speech expression.
  • Nick has expressed the view that parents should be sexually open with their children to a level way beyond the norm. He lamented that his own parents did not include him in their sex life when he was a child.
  • Nick is a self-professed porn addict from a young age. Paraphilias tend to escalate in these types.
Let’s hope he really has reached rock bottom this time, before it gets any worse.

The careful drops of damaging info while remaining Nick's "friend" are so in line with your movie that I expect you tapped into the meme zeitgeist during its production. (Or Coomalot saw your movie and modeled his response to this situation after it. He seems... easily influenced.)

Post the drug test information about the kid coming out, Nick is so totally fucked in the case that they don't have to offer a deal to Kayla or anyone else. After Nick's stream last night and knowing about the drug test, I don't think CPS is going to have any interest in returning the kids to them for a long time. I also don't think the criminal court is going to be much interested in listening to Nick's arguments.

I think there might have been a window where Kayla might have been able to show remorse, go into rehab and have CPS see her as an eventual place to put the kids. But I think that window is shut down. And maybe with the nine year old's test result, it wasn't going to happen anyway.

I think any defense Nick tries in court is going to utterly fail. I think he is at the mercy of the system and doesn't now even have room to negotiate a deal. If he gets a deal, its going to be a deal decided entirely by the prosecutors.

Cody strikes me as the type that bottles up negative feelings about people, especially when he feels they betrayed him, like how Nick "wasn't his friend anymore." He would not stop talking about it, even to the point of going to Nick's chat about it. That's where I got the idea to have Nick "excommunicate him" and Cody then exacts his vengeance. I disagree with that part of Sean's review when he said the motive to go after Nick didn't make sense. It makes perfect sense. lol

I would actually be more excited to see Cody watch it than Nick. Nick would just be a fucking faggot and not give any real thoughts about anything. But I'd like to get a Camelot reaction to him teaming up with EVS to kill the king, frame Nick, and take over the kingdom. :story:

It's at least interesting seeing what these people's "limits" are. You'd think a lawyer would take the time to look at all of what's readily available, if for no other reason, to know exactly how to defend your client. So what exactly is the difference between the previous documents/incident reports/etc, and this one? They all say that there is child abuse. Previously, like you said, says there's drunk driving with children in the car. That's not horrible enough.

This makes me think when the body cam footage drops, he might actually lose quite a few more people.

But EVS I think will ride it out until the very end. Nick hates Eric July, and EVS hates Eric July more than anything else in his entire life, so if Ethan denounced Nick, it would be betraying his crusade. He is mentally incapable of siding against anyone that hates Eric July, because his whole life now is run by Eric July.

I had thought that she might've snorted up some leftover nosecandy by imitating her parents, but this is turning real fucking dark. Nick needs to be put against the wall. If I recall correctly, some of it was when he was getting a lot of pushback from the audience about associating with Vito. Don’t recall the exact timing. Those comments might just be attributable to his childish, oppositional personality.

For the comments about the pastor of his church molesting the kids he and his community bring to church events, I believe there was at least one comment during the appealstream, and a few in the few prior streams leading up to it.

I can’t search the stream archives at the moment, but hopefully this narrows it down a bit.
 
OT but I just saw the twitter post with EVS bragging about deleting super chats last night. Almost want to shit on this guy as much as Nick and Dick.
