I.e. he keeps saying that Nick and Kayla's relationship with Aaron and April is merely a moral concern, not a child safety one. But is there really a distinction?

The distinction is that Joe is passively pushing a narrative that the search warrant is invalid because the children were never in danger and that the warrant was really generated by church prudes who disapproved of Nick's gigachad sex lifestyle. A narrative which I would guess originates with Nick himself.

Its insane. But so in many ways is Nick himself. It also has no chance legally.

For some of them, it also seems to be about legally going after the search warrant. The theory goes that if there is no neglect, the search warrant is invalid and therefore Nick goes free on the drug charges. Nick's position communicated through his stooges is that there was no neglect at all.
They want Nick to walk scot-free on all this.

They also claim they want Nick to get help.

But there is no way in shit Nick is getting help without legally being forced to. And they know, or should know it.

Therefore, logically, they do not actually want Nick to get help.

I've fallen off whatever train of reasoning you're conducting or I missed it all together so let me formally state my thoughts
The problem on my end is that I can see the narrow point that at least 4/5 of the Rekieta kids could do laundry or something, and in no way does that mean I’m covering for Nick. I hope Nick goes to jail for trying to be a big shot class 2 possessor of cocaine.

But some wave of alogging hit this thread, probably because of EVS nose guarding too close to this side issue, and it made it impossible to have my opinion without being called a nose guard

Reviewing Nick’s 5/21 cokesplaining stream at roughly 3:39:00 (after Nick returns from his bathroom break with white powder on his nose) Nick reads out loud a chat/message from “supercrazy” stating: “please wipe your nose to confirm something” Nick responds by bumping into the microphone with his hand and then proceeds to rub his finger under his nose for a second, after which he grins and begins reading different unrelated chat/message, in an almost laughing tone.

Considering the search warrant specifically referenced that stream, wonder if this chat/message came from law enforcement watching live or was it just a lucky coincidence..
Suprcrzy is a DSP detractor/alog on YouTube but he’s been branching out into Rekietamine coverage lately

Does Joe even do criminal law? Because Sean does, and he went over constructive possession on his show the other day.
A quick search suggests he practices commercial law, specifically a lot of asset recovery/judgement collection, which is funny because that's an area where constructive possession can come up quite frequently in terms of repoing shit.

- TUG says that he doesn't know if Nick was targetted. Then he conspiracy spitballs about the judge who signed the warrant being after Nick.
- TUG agrees that the judge has a conflict of interest.

Some retard defendant shit talks the judge = The judge has a conflict of interest

I think that most people agree with you on that point, the point most are making is that it shouldn't be there responsibility. It is Nick and Kayla's responsibility to take care of their children. Sure the kids can pick up the slack, but if you have to run your whole household 100% of the time for five people, excluding the drug addicts, that's unreasonable.

I would just like to say that laundry and cooking isn’t something you can just “figure out”.

I was taught how to do those things from childhood. Key word “taught”.

Let’s see, someone looks up online how to make vegetables. Let’s say they are frozen vegetables. The instruction says add spices to liking. Does the kid know what spice mix he wants for his vegetables, does he know how much salt to add, does he know that you need either wait for the vegetables to defrost a little or cook them in a pan with a top on? Are they prepared for the popping of oil and water?? What recipe tells you how to deal with these things? All of those are things you learn from experience. Do they know that if the vegetable is a mix you check it being ready by looking at the bigger pieces?

And laundry. Do they know that you have separate them by material/color? What happens when they add the powder meant for white clothes to the dark ones? What about checking all the pockets of clothes. How much laundry detergent do you add? Do they know that you can’t put wool in the dryer? These things come from experience.

I can tell you personally I have had to sit down and teach a lot of this to my husband. Until 18/19 his mother did all his laundry and cooking. And he is a smart it dude but if you aren’t being taught these things you don’t just figure them out without major fuck ups

I sincerely hope that all of you who think Nick’s children should have been stepping up and taking on parental responsibilities never reproduce.
Seriously. I knew some sheltered kids in their teens that didn’t know how to do laundry, let alone take care of several other children. The victim blaming is insane.

Yet more with Camelot and TUG

- They are both working hard to smooth over the DM fight between yellow flash and Nick. They were just two friends having a disagreement.
- Nick has repeatedly said to camelot that the kids were never neglected.
- Because Nick says he didn't mistreat his kids, Camelot and TUG lean toward believing him.
- If it had just been a drug bust, TUG says it just would have been a "point, laugh thing" that would have blown over fast.
- Camelot says we just don't know anything about the kids for sure.
- All the child neglect stuff is supposedly due to "one bitch" according to Nick. They say that several times.
- Nick needs the benefit of the doubt on his children. The rest of the charges is just "crazy shit".
- TUG says that he doesn't know if Nick was targetted. Then he conspiracy spitballs about the judge who signed the warrant being after Nick.
- TUG agrees that the judge has a conflict of interest.
- Nick's responses are due to "the lawyer mindset" according to TUG.
- Camelot unknowingly asks divorced TUG to think about what it would be like to be alone in the house without wife and children. TUG blew it off.
- TUG starts going into Barnes' arguments and the fights within lawtube.
- TUG and Camelot don't have the ability to choose between Barnes and anyone elses legal argument.
- Sean is sometimes not fair to Nick.
- People don't know what to think about Nick's case.
- Camelot reads a chat saying nick needed unconditional bail to visit family in Florida. Camelot just doesn't know.

Overall a dumb, passive-aggressive stream defending Nick. Camelot is still gay and TUG is still a sleazy lowlife.
Ugh, listening to TUG speak (or even reading) is like eating shit from an asshole. God, even during AH trial, his videos were so fucking painful to watch. Only saving grace was that initial pretrial stream with Crackets where I thought he did a good job.

I was showering on my own by fucking kindergarten, cooking mothers day meals by myself at 8, and walking to school unescorted in north miami beach by 9.
That North Miami Beach's name? Albert Einstein. And then everyone clapped.

Why isn't there a laughing react? That's the funniest shit I've read today. "Like eating shit from an asshole." Haha.
