By all rights, Vic should be mad at Nick and Ty (especially Ty), but I don't think he's gonna dump on Nick. Vic is too nice of a guy. At most he'll probably say Nick needs Jesus (which he does, but still...).

Alright, so every single gun law in existence in the United States is unconstitutional and there shouldn't be criminal charges that relates to them. OK. The 2nd Amendment gives no specification as to who can and cannot own firearms. OK. Now I never met the guy but I don't think George Washington would think doing that is a good idea. Even with an older child that can be taught to operate a firearm it's not a good idea for them to have unrestricted access to the firearms.

Even your average 12 year old isn't going to be strong enough to handle the kickback or pull the trigger. They would have to handle them consistently and maintain the necessary upper body strength. Hell, it's difficult for many grown adults. I don't remember when I was first taught gun safety but I remember handling my first firearm (hunting rifle I think) when I was about 11. I could only hold it up and "shoot" it (at targets) with my dad's help. I wasn't strong enough to fire it steadily or fire it at all on my own. I was taught to treat every gun as if it's loaded because they aren't toys.

Only true low IQ idiots and unironic "I have a right to buy and sell preschool age drug mule servants and also the age of consent should be 20 weeks gestation" lolberts believe there's nothing wrong with leaving a loaded gun around kids.

I can't see him throwing Nick and Ty under the bus since he's such apparently such a nice guy, but maybe he's pissed about how things went. He could leverage all this drama to recoup his lawsuit losses with another funraiser. I think a lot of people would donate just to spite rekieta.

Has anybody actually asked the lawtubers slamming the warrant if they've seen the warrant? While I've previously expressed concern over the execution of the warrant I haven't really discussed the warrant itself because, well, we don't have it. The people that are in Nick's camp (Masterson, Viva, Barnes, etc) might have seen it because they were in Nick's general circle of personal interactions. What is hidden information to us could be factoring into their public declarations.

I remember finding it weird that the probable cause document didn't start with the instigating basis for the warrant. I remarked to a buddy that there was a step missing:

The legal documents we have are basically the equivalent of starting an action movie 1/3 the way in: we're guns blazing without any context. I don't mean context in the gossip sense (as the thread title says: the normies know that Nick's a shit-tier parent) but rather that there's almost certainly a legal element that we aren't yet privvy to.

I don't find it likely that the local jurisdiction waited a week to act in bad faith... but weirder things have happened so I do give the barest bit of credance to the legal analysis of lawyers who might be a little more personally clued in than the rest of us.

So, I listened to Metokur's stream today and some highlights of Aaron on the Casino. Am I the only one that feels Aaron's appearance on the Casino was a massive cope and he probably didn't fuck Rekieta's wife? Basing this on a few things:

1) He just has a cuck energy. When I listen to him talk, I could just picture him being into it.

2) Many people in this circle such and Dick and Ralph have tried to set up trouples with two women and talked about how they were Chads because of it. Nick trying to do the same thing tracks with many of his associates.

3) The bikini stream where April was basically humiliating Aaron.

I think Aaron went in expecting to get to fuck Rekieta's wife, but Rekieta lured April in with coke and it ended up being a one way thing where Aaron at best got the occasional glance at Rekieta's wife naked.

Nick and Kayla? They had a housekeeper/nanny at one point who was actually taking care of the kids while Nick streamed and Kayla zonked. I don't remember why they left or maybe it was never explained, presumably because they were fed up with cleaning up after cokeheads and Nick and Kayla are too far gone to hire new help. I haven't kept up with recent events up until Nick's arrest either so I have no idea why April was in the house but I did see it get thrown around a few times that she and Aaron were babysitting for the Rekietas.

Isn't Vic's entire thing religion, Christ, forgiveness, kindness? He wasn't the type to talk shit about people who objectively harmed him. He did sue, but never said anything rude about anybody tmk.
