I'll mention here that part of understanding anything he is saying is not trying to take the thing/concept he is talking about in its entirety but just a relevant aspect of that thing and have that thing as a stand in for that concept. In Rekieta's jokes Bill Gates isn't the guy who made Windows and ran Microsoft and a scumbag who makes shitty software in a monopolistic manner. Bill Gates is just a really rich guy with lots of money.

Jim is in a wheelchair because his health is really bad and Nick brings up Bill Gates because Bill Gates is rich and if Jim is sitting in Bill Gates Lap he has the highest quality and most expensive wheel chair possible.

12 mph is easy just a fast speed for a wheelchair and Nick is saying Jim has big strong arms because he has to push that wheelchair all the time, he mentions that they are bigger than his because Jim is Everyone in the Sektur's eddady.

This is a big theme that is going throughout the entire thing Rekieta is saying and that is a combination of the Jim loves anime and the two nukes not enough and the nuclear weapons being dropped on Japan created anime jokes.

This gets Rekieta talking about Hiroshima. Jim is in a wheel chair because of his bad health as established and so Rekieta mentions that Jim would have problems in the 1940s because there are no wheel chair ramps and no ADA, he mentions the temperature being so hot that it vaporizes people as an example of the cruelty that demonstrates they wouldn't give Jim a wheelchair ramp. There is a trope about grinding people to dust and putting them in pudding and I believe it gets fed to Dr. Phil because Dr. Phil is really old and Rekieta is making fun of how old he is.(I would have gone with Joe Biden on this one, but perhaps because of the Dick Masterson/Juju encounter with Dr. Phil he went for Dr. Phil).

Next comes the part where he is comparing Jim to US presidents as a joke. The obvious joke is Jim is FDR because both of these people are in a wheelchair. Also because FDR dies and Jim is also in poor health. This is where there is the insertion of the nuclear weapons creating Anime joke comes in explicitly.

He confuses Eisenhower for Harry Truman. FDR didn't drop the bomb on Japan but Truman did but I think Rekieta forgot about him. And Rekieta is making a joke about how Jim invented anime because he loves anime so much. But because Jim is FDR(wheelchair and bad health) and not Eisenhower and Eisenhower created the National Highway System and I guess the drinking age was raised by Eisenhower. Then he is basically saying if Jim created anime he couldn't be FDR he has to be Eisenhower and Jim created anime so he is Eisenhower. But this doesn't fit as well as making Jim FDR. So in order to make it that Jim invents anime Rekieta gives Jim a Time Machine. He then trades Jim's wheelchair for internet access because Eisenhower doesn't have a wheelchair(I don't entirely understand this transition).

Jim using his Time Machines goes back and creates anime by dropping the bombs according to the Joke about Nuclear weapons being dropped creating anime. But he makes fun of Jim for not getting rid of Sushi and Karaoke as well. He says what is wrong with you Jim for letting these things survive as a joke.

He then makes a joke about Asian Women not having an Ass but anime women do have an ass. Women with a small ass are not worth paying attention to in an anime, I think this is similar to Women who are ugly not mattering.(didn't entirely understand this one). There is also a joke about Japan being communist because they are more communal and I believe a connection to the "My Tits couldn't be this big under Communism" meme where the joke is because communism causes people to starve they couldn't grow large breasts but for asses.(I feel so weird typing this paragraph out).

(For these next bits I haven't seen the Anime so I have no clue how it all fits together either because it is so far out there or because you need to watch Anime to understand.)

There is something in that anime about a slit in the hand and you can talk through it I think. But rather than making it a slit like a vagina he makes it a penis. This is the connection to the Futanari/trap joke where you expect a vagina but find a penis. He is about to ask Jim if he has seen the Anime and then he says "I know you know" this because Jim likes Anime. And then Giant Black Cock because of Mutt's Law rather than a normal penis. I've never posted on here until now so forgive me if I don't know how exactly this all works and if anybody else has brought this up beforehand I apologize for the redundancy. But there's something about the Nick situation that's been irking me since we saw the arraignment and the police report of the warrant being served. I just wanna make it clear this isn't me defending Rekieta but something that sticks out during the police report of the raid and arrest:

During the list of stuff that the police list off finding in their home, they mention finding a spent "22 caliber casing." That doesn't actually mean anything. That is an extremely vague description. The reason that bothers me is that they went out of their way to describe Nick's AR-15, not as just as an AR but by the manufacturer (Sig Sauer) and even the serial number. They were VERY specific in describing that rifle but extremely vague in describing this spent casing. Something about that sticks out like a sore thumb and makes me wonder a few things:

1. The obvious inference from mentioning the spent case and the rifle is that someone was firing their gun off in the house. But that is never stated anywhere, and there's no mention of any bullet holes in the walls or anywhere in the house or whether or not any attempt to ascertain that by forensics was conducted.

2. The AR-15 typically shoots .223 Remington/5.56 NATO which is technically a .22 caliber round...but only the bullet. The casings are actually .30 caliber. Why not just say they found a spent casing, or rifle round, or actually just say it was a .223? Why say it was a "22 caliber" casing?

3. Anybody that goes to a gun range frequently knows that spent brass ends up in your bag or gun case, or whatever, and sometimes ends up in the floor at home. So was this actually just a spent round that happened to end up on the floor after a range trip? Or was Nick perhaps shooting his gun from inside of his home at something outside (like an animal?) and the spent casing wound up inside?

4. Was the bullet actually an AR round or was it a 22lr/WMR? Why not specify the caliber or that there were concerns that guns were being fired inside of the house?

Personally I feel like this was compiled in such a way to give maximum justification for CPS to keep the kids out of their parents' custody while this is litigated. The other side of this is the apparent sexual abuse charge for Kayla. Was allegations of child abuse/sexual abuse the original catalyst for the mandatory report or was that discovered after the fact and the cops went as far as they could to ensure that the kids were placed in protective custody?

If and when this goes to trial I have to wonder if we'll even see any further mention of a spent casing or any mention of guns being fired indoors at all. Like I said something about this part of the report irked and keeps irking me. I feel like the cops were being legally vague to cover their ass while trying to insinuate that guns were being fired around children indoors (which we don't have any actual proof of so far unless it's being withheld) to help ensure the kids were removed from their shitty home environment.
