Exactly.Courts usually do actually take what look like sincere efforts into consideration.
But most defendants haven't hurled vile insults about the genitalia of the specific judge trying their case to an audience ofthousandshundredsmaybe dozens of autistic shut-in retards.
It's evident that they have this fanfiction that they'll call one of them to represent him in court & "save" him. These lawtube losers simping for Nick even as the cops having him absolutely dead to rights on the drug charges are pathetic, and it reveals how little most of them know.
Kurt is streaming again and looking rough.
Oooh will the balldowashers pin all the blame on Kayla now instead? This new cope could be interesting, not sure how far they can take it considering Nick has actually remained loyal to her though.
That’s why they are places and people designed to help with fixing those issue. Whether Nick’s issues can be fixed are entirely different issue. And if it can it will take several years. If Nick, his wife or his family trly cares about him they’ll finally try and get those problems sorted. Because it’s apparent they’ve been neglected for decades.Nick Rekeita has also described himself as "oppositionally defiant" and "a narcissist".
Another detail that in hindsight makes perfect sense. Rob and DUI guy used her line sitters to even get into that courtroom, so she felt like maybe some of their behavior fell on her getting them in there. Alita reached out to Nick privately when she was getting all this backlash over this and Nick, like he always does, ignored her messages. However, he did a public video response about it instead of just answering her privately which is kind of messed up. Alita made a comment on good lawgic's stream that guess this is more transactional and they must not actually be friends. As I recall, during the Depp trial, when the tmz witness clapped back at the Amber's lawyer, one of the lawtube lawyers in the audience (DUI guy) dropped his jaw in shock. Like a cartoon.
This photo / video clip became a meme.

Half of the lawtubers, led by legal bytes and law and lumber, said this was completely inappropriate , and dui guy needed to apologize. Since his behavior was "unbecoming of a lawyer" etc.
The other half, which included legal mindset and Nick Rekieta and others, said it was a normal reaction, and wasn't a problem or worth apologizing for.
This split lawtube in two, and I think that's the origin of the legal bytes falling out drama.
Edit: I'm being told another component of the dispute is that DUI guy claimed to be able to see Elaine's laptop (Amber's lawyer) as well, which legal bytes also objected to, as it apparently led to a complaint to the judge by Amber's team.
I believe it. Nick must have got that black eye somehow. Aaron likes his women slutty and crazy so the fact he's fell for Kayla fits.
Kayla being the biggest degenerated in the household makes sense since she is hooked enough on drugs and parties to complete eclipse her maternal instincts
Unfortunate this didn't go down just a bit sooner. Would be nice to see this faggot locked up too.It also just struck me; ironic that Aaron hosts a podcast titled "Steel Toe Morning Show" when he looks and talks like he hasn't worked a day in his life
They probably wanted to ensure he was separated from his guns when it went down.It kind of depends on whether he was leaving or arriving. I don't think it's out of the question for them to wait for him to be outside the residence before executing the search in order to thwart his ability to destroy evidence.
What if the DA, Keith Ellison takes special interest in the case and puts his thumb on the scale? Who wouldn't want to lock up the guy who brough attention to RIttenhouse.I agree he'll be offered a deal, and it might even be a deal where he avoids serious prison time as a first time offender. For most people in his situation, it could be as simple as suspended sentence, probation, and mandatory treatment.
They haven’t been paying attention. They’ve admitted that. That’s what gets me so nad with them, because of their proffesion and they’ve been closer to Nick, they are in a far better position to know what will help and to get it. Abd yet here we are. They’ve said they talked and offered help and Nick declined but I get the feeling they all know they could have done more and a lot of what they are saying is to excuse their inaction.Lawtube saying this is especially dumb. They supposedly know him better than anybody who is not family. Have they not been paying attention? It sure feels like they have not. It feels like they're shitting themselves over lost shekels or something.
Makes sense when you see what a pool noodle Nick is.
