Unironically, that feels more like a flow of consciousness than trying to be funny. I got an Adderall prescription, I don't use it most days, but when I need to be alert for hours on end, I'll take one to help me get through the day. The problem is, it sends my brain into overdrive and sometimes I start playing word connection games while someone's talking, and it comes out like this; not the "so embarassing for you" part, but linking shit together in bullshit way that only makes sense to what's going on in your head. And there really is no way to explain it; it's just whatever the fuck is going on in your head, train of thought or logic be damned, it makes sense to you and only you.

Then some Karen reports me for being high at work.

The alcohol may have been suppressing certain parts, but it's obvious he was high as a fucking kite while stringing that shit together.
