This situation is entirely Nicholas Robert Rekieta's fault. The nebulous Kiwi Farms (a website) did not make him devolve into a scum-fuck alcoholic druggie, that was all him. He may have had nudges along the way, hell maybe even people trying to pull him back from the abyss, but ultimately nobody else could make Rekieta do that, he had to do it himself. He's proudly crowed before that nobody can make him do shit, and all his life he's been looking to reach a point where nobody could tell him what to do, and so, here we are. I hope it was worth it Nick you narcissistic faggot, I really do, because it sure as hell doesn't look the part.

On the contrary I applaud the rest of his family for not getting sucked into his narc misery. It's widely known that the only way to avoid having your life fucked up by a narc is to cut contact. His family should have cut contact at whatever point he refused to stop drinking, and possibly taken him to family court to get him deemed unfit to have custody of his children.

Mea culpa if this has already been addressed, but regarding the bags and drug weight:

I spoke to my police friend about if they would use a suspects scale if it was at the scene vs the police equipment. He said procedure may differ for departments, but its possible they would get a rough estimate using a suspects equipment + field test it. Ultimately it would get bagged and properly weighed at the station and said that weight is most likely whats in the report.

Regarding the bag weight, the 'saddle bag' thats citied is like a tie off of a larger bag so its even less plastic (minus the heavier seal at the top) meaning theres even less margin of error. He spoke on this as well and said it would depend on the state law technicals as to if a bag would be counted as 'drug weight.' He used the example of weed oil in a vape cartridge. They should measure the oil itself, not the entire cartridge it was in and said some states even require them to chemically separate something like crack to find what percent of it is actually cocaine vs filler.

Lastly, I heard Joe/Good Lawgic talking about how deeply, deeply Nick loves his kids. Some people take the resentment angle to the extreme, I doubt he truly hates them. However, I challenge anyone to look at Nick's recent livestreams or other public appearances where he says anything nice about his kids. I can recall many instances were he talks about them being an inconvenience, more than once he jokes about them being raped and molested like it's the funniest idea ever. Imagine that, Nick Rekieta's kids being abused, like that would ever happen! Well abuse did happen. What's more, why is it Kayla catching the additional child abuse charge? Was Nick even involved enough in his children's lives to warrant the permitting abuse charge? The State of Minnesota doesn't seem to think so.

On the bright side, balldo is dipping his toe into social media, it's only a matter of time until the cope stream begins.

Nick had all the things Jim wanted for himself, and has deliberately pissed it all away.

Quite right. And that’s at the end of the day what I’m saying, the kids should have been moved way earlier. I might have thoughts about what else the family could and should have done but that should only come after they’d got the kids out. And there was morethan enough evidence to grab them earlier.
