I don't think it is done purposefully. I think it's just the nature of such depravity. At least in the case of dragon dildos I suppose it's partly because dragons aren't real therefore no one would really know what one is supposed to look like.

There's that and then some sort of "lock system" if you can call it to ensure the insemination. In case of humans it's vaginal contractions, the ones that make those headlines of a couple getting "locked" during intercourse on a beach. Though feline penises have barbs but then again they have to serve some purpose that has been well documented for decades. Or not, because the "why do cats eat grass" issue seems to be still debated.

I had a second random thought (that's a lot for one day). The chinks are usually a crafty bunch usually making bootleg versions of everything under the sun. It got me thinking I've never really seen a bootleg dragon dildo before. I don't imagine they're exactly hard to copy. Now I'm wondering if they actually exist. I mean the copyright system seems to be more of a suggestion in China so I doubt they would care if a dildo company handed them a cease & desist.
