I have seen women use the horse cock dildo in plenty of videos. I always wondered why they never bothered with an elephant dick dildo. I guess horses are ok but elephants aren't. If you can find an animal cracker that has a penis in real life you can make a dildo out of it.

I actually think this won't even make it to court. I'm assuming Bad Dragon is looking to settle just to get some free money. Going to court over it would be expensive due to the lawyer's pay and any court fees they rack up, and even if they do win, the resulting cash bonus would likely only just cover their legal fees. Copyright/Patent cases are always the most expensive as at the end of the day you're asking the general opinion of the jury or judge of what they think - effectively a coin toss - which usually leads to multiple appeals.

Both games are worth watching for a good belly laugh, even if you know fuckall about shit like League and DOTA2.

This is one of these cases that is either going to be resolved quickly or be dragged out to the nth degree.
