Honestly guys, I think trying to make sense of the "Faran leaks" is a fool's errand.
It involves too many liars, too many drunk and/or drugged people, and the convo we saw wasn't even between her and Nick.
I wouldn't put it on the same level as Hedonism II, for example.
Not on the exact same level, but the leak has credibility because swinger island (not a swinger club, or an invitation to swing, but an
island) would be Hedonism II in Jamaica and that information would be consistent with wanting to swing.
The timeline adds up too as the conversation between Nick and Faran happened in September (the night of the Faran drunk stream) and Faran said Nick and Kayla had
already been there and that there were only
plans to build a sex room at that point.
Funny how Faran could mishear so many accurate details about the Rekieta's degeneracy before KF even knew about them. Hilarious even.
As for Faran being unreliable, let's not forget Nick's response to the whole thing.
Nick had a similar cope of Faran messing up details as he tried to bury the leaks, and as we all know, Nick is always honest when caught in an embarrassing situation. Why else would he list off why it isn't a good idea to confide in Internet friends:

The leak is 2 for 3, and going to swinger island (which was verified) would compliment the
intention to swing (as the allegation is all about intent). Going to swinger locales demonstrates an indication of intent, if it's Kayla's
character that makes this unbelievable,
I've got news for you.
Kayla isn't behaving like a monogamous woman. The closest Kayla come to that is getting angry about Do You Know Mandy. She was able to put her foot down for Nick's impromptu drunken rant exposing non-monogamous behavior... but somehow wasn't able to do so with Hedo II and instead actively invest time, planning, and money into going to a swinger resort during QoS week with her husband and then following their staff on Instagram?
Interested parties should consider the following: Mandy was a no-no and Hedo II was a go-go for Kayla (twice over with Instagram follows).
Both would make her look bad, but one was very publicly declared by Nick to his audience and one was not. Kayla is concerned about her reputation as a Christian mom in spite of herself.
Consider Kayla's YouTube channel with a picture of her engaging in her husband's humiliation fetish in public (as other cos-thots have already done) right above her description as a Christian wife and mother of 5. Perhaps a mixed message intended for humor, or as Nick would have it "fun/silly/weird", but also an insight into how Kayla can rationalize her own unhealthy behavior (including Nick's).
Kayla's preoccupation with her reputation is why she can be shamed off the Internet and
still go back to Hedonism II for another round with ever-increasing attempts at privacy. Kayla hates being found out for what she does and is decidedly complicit and unrepentant of this.
If we don't trust liars drunk and/or drugged people then there's no one in Nick's circle to trust about anything, including Nick. However, what we have here is a distinct pattern with proofs coming from Kayla, her husband's "best friend" and online peers, and reputable
(receipts and observed behavior) and non-reputable
(the sektur) sources that agree on the same thing:
Nick isn't enough for Kayla and she's more than happy to look elsewhere if she can get away with it (and Nick is no different).
Nick gaslighting Kayla into degeneracy doesn't match the evidence during the Erection Night stream and Locals posting that demonstrates Nick has trying (unsuccessfully) to reign Kayla in at times. They are both trying to push the boundaries of their marriage because that is what makes their sex-life exciting, which is why (given enough time) any line drawn will inevitably be crossed in pursuit of that high. Moving goalposts and redefining terms like "monogamy" has become mandatory so that
Nick can start kissing another woman that he's dancing with while his wife was sleeping somewhere and still have silly monogamous non-sexual fun.
To be clear, this post isn't about who drove who to degeneracy. There's a reason these two are still legally married (for now) as they are both trying to recapture their lost youth/sexual opportunities in the most embarrassing ways possible. It looks bad for both of them. Recommend not going to bat for either of them at this point in time or you risk embarrassment yourself.
