I had the opportunity to blackpill a buddy on this not too long ago, no troons pass, its all filters and camera angles. Funnily enough this was his breaking point into transmisia (I suspect he has jorked it to a troon in the past and now realizes how he was tricked.)

I've noticed this too, but personally I don't think it's PTSD, many of them weren't necessarily combat veterans and combat PTSD usually manifests in things like depression, paranoia, substance abuse etc., "introvert" symptoms if that makes sense, cutting yourself off and going into a hole, versus the typical AGP public spectacle. That's armchair psychology tho. But my theory is that it's not that combat stress can turn you into a tranny, but more that mentally ill weirdos are drawn to the military, not even in the hope of killing people but because they think it will give structure and meaning to their lives. This is a big selling point of US military recruiting and they target young fuck-up males who have been academically and socially unsuccessful, unhappy, directionless etc. and promise them that military service will straighten them out, give them discipline, skills, purpose, motivation etc. Maybe it works for some people but it's mostly a recruiter talking point to hit their quota, and once you're in it, the US military is just a job and not therapy. It doesn't automatically sort your life out, and since they pull from the same loser population as trans groomers (plus a lot of normies just trying to pay for college, don't get me wrong) you get over-representation of trannies, furries, etc in the military as well as a lot of suicides even among people who were never at the front. I also think since the military is a masculine culture, a good amount of gay/bi dudes who are trying to repress that side of themselves go into it thinking it will help keep them on the straight path as CWC used to say. Same reason many gays, pedos, and gay pedos go into the celibate Catholic priesthood, they want an external authority/culture to reign in their urges. Becoming MTF can also be a cope for homophobic gay guys: I'm not gay I'm a straight woman!
Basically the same young, socially awkward, sexually confused, self-hating male population is a major recruiting pool for the US military and AGP trannydom, and sometimes they get caught by both. I think it's correlation and not causation in this case, unless it comes out that something in the water at Camp Lejune is making the frogs gay.

It's always so creepy to me how they refer to themselves with diminutive wording like "boy" or "girl." This TIM's friends didn't know him as a "boy"—they knew him as a grown man in his 30s. You see the same thing with pooners trying to become "boys" or "boy moding" in public, even though they're grown women ostensibly trying to come off as grown men. It's some sort of weird intersection of peter pan syndrome and sexual fetishes.
This redditor, a self-proclaimed 14 year old girl who made her account when she was 12, was petitioning grown women in the TiF subreddit to tell her about how they have sex. I'm so glad when I was her age and using reddit, none of this shit was so pervasive. There's so much content on reddit that's just freely available to turn into some sort of Dateline NBC warning to parents, it's kind of shocking that no established media source has run with it. I guess being under the thumb of Conde Nast protects reddit from that type of bad press.

I’ve had similar thoughts about troons and anime. A lot of people seem to think there’s something specific about anime turning ppl troon or something, but I think it’s just that unhappy, awkward ppl tend to like anime for whatever reason. Same demographic as troons so of course there’s a lot of crossover.
Even troons have noticed the large amount of ex-military. I was reading about how before trooning out became acceptable, like in the 90’s, there was a cross dressing forum that made their own section for veterans because thats how prominent they were in that community.
The typical troons say they think the military stuff and presenting as very masculine was “overcompensating”.
I’ll add that I think cross dressing is very masculine in a sense. Like…women don’t tend to devote hours and hours and $$$$$ to their sexual fetishes. Yes TIFs exist but they’re more often just traumatized and women don’t put on beards to get off during sex.
I dunno I do notice the soy, socially awkward anime loving young TIM seems to be a rather new invention. Almost like a male version of ROGD.

That's the thing: in the traditional AGP description by Ray Blanchard, he describes the autogyneophile as a man with a crossdressing fetish who is often hypermasculine to compensate, think Bruce Jenner. But what we see now is a lot of people who fall outside the typical AGP/HSTS dichotomy, usually an autist/sadbrain who trooned out because they thought it would make them happy. The stereotypical military crossdressing pervert used to be the former, now it's the latter.
