I apologize, if anyone wants me to explain I'll dig out instead of just referring to older post or I'll type again . This is something that shows the mixed blessing of gate keeping. I'm a big fan of real capitalism, not pseudo crony bankerism we suffer but, compared to most places we are one of the most free markets. We sure as hell aren't really a free market or capitalist and have some of highest corp taxes world wide etc that punish the little guys especially. Nordic nations that often are considered socialist success stories not only have many different population factors they get their tax base via the people. Volvo pays nothing in taxes while the poor (who to be fair use gov services) the most are taxed at 60%+. Taxed so highly it's why they have next to no wealth aside a few rich families who have been for long time. People can't afford to invest.
I don't mean to bring up a debate or something above Roy's understanding but, point out opening a fund is a huge endeavor and now with things like cryptocurrency all these young kids are forced to be solo earn for just them or work for slave for the man.
The big boys are behind the curve on many trends (and jmpc will make their puppet Janet dance so they can lead the conga line).
While Roy is mentally unstable and a failure. How many kids could say ok we got super high risk poo poo pee pee coin flips 18% apr returns will be avg.
Get twenty of these wiz kids open a fund each gets a cut managing not only are they already set for life making bank and for the lay person a chance to make good money. I don't just mean crypto, lots of new investment vehicles exist and big boys can't or won't move as fast. There's a market for bleeding edge stuff but the people into it tend to not have the connections skills or cash to open legit funds. Many of these new young minds don't want to be under someone or have the resume to be put where they deserve. There's a lot of competent young people trust me!

I want to address and really hammer on the "meta" of Roy's broken brain and train of thought. I can't be the only one now aware his anger levels are flying up. He's more powerless than he's ever been. After the black marks Vanguard and FINRA have had to give him. He's farther back than ever and he's even managed (and credit for it) to get a 7 and 63.
Roy's first move was to double down on a/x growth. I could see in many things where when you don't do well in corp world for any reason to use that time to go for yourself.
Roy also admits he's still trying in corp world. I have had to have many meetings in my life with break point numbers, bearing bad news etc. Even in cases where the client fucked us over. There's a feeling of shame, fear and sadness when things go south. It's human nature.
Roy has been tweeting his goal of opening a firm, something he's done zero work on (public record) while trying to get a job. Can you think how much a fucking dirt merchant you are to sit at a interview "yeah I got fired for trying to steal at my last job, one I wasn't good at. First chance I get I'll try to fuck you over" Roy's fine with this.
Lastly sure Roy claims to have a dream of music that's fine and great. Much like I love the small company i love the small artist. I used to go to every first Friday in Philadelphia, been to small venues like Johnny Brenda's 100 times. seeing bands that are up and coming with maybe 30 other people half of em texting during the show.
Reality is there's no short term cash in it. Roy's socialism kick is because he's failed in the free market and like every negative stereotype thinks comrade president would just give him a 9 bedroom house or something.

Two friends of mine both made money on vending machines one who made a decent amount,(lower middle class yearly for part time) did so in Philadelphia proper. He's got a masters degree . He stocked Pepsi cans like a "poor". The other was just getting clean from a really ugly battle with alcohol he's all PTSD out. Roy who's all for society should pity him because like many vets who joined not to kill brown people or get the Bush family rich but because at 18 the army puts a roof over your head. He has had it much worse than Roy. To this day he's never been in a single college class and he's almost 40. that job got him clean met him people and now he's career based owns a home and has a family.
Getting into it takes next to nothing there's many low/no investment start ups. Now with net so many options to make some if not a lot of money at home drop shipping etc.

Roy thinks he's a hustler but sits around 40+ years to get one job fucks it up and returns to a pouting child . All because his family is there to enable him.
