Since Kit-Kats have been brought up, is there a reason why Japan is so obsessed with these? You would think all these flavors would be available in the house of the hamburger instead, come to think of it Japan also has many, many flavors of Cheetos as well when Americans are limited to only 3. What's going on here?

What's the likelyhood of yet another stroke? I kind of want him to keep getting those and everyone of them making him even more disabled than before. You just know he wouldn't call it quits, if he was bedridden and lost faculty of all his limbs he would still make Tammy wheel him around in a wheelchair and manually shovel food into his mouth, complete with making him chew.

If you buy the real Japanese flavors in snack size, they have blank spaces on the back to write a note on and put them in your kid's lunch box. Some US brands of snacks started doing that, too; I saw some snack-sized Rice Krispy Treats with blank "message spaces" recently.

For as much as he overshares, Jack is kind of cagey about his medical situation--although perhaps Occam's Razor is him being stupid and egotistical, thus bad at listening and repeating back information.

Jack claimed one of his strokes was due to caffeine intake; unclear if he truly believes that or if the real cause has been worked up, and if he's compliant with medication. If he's just on a direct oral anticoagulant, that could be as simple as Tammy pilling him twice a day, no mental involvement from Jack at all.
 
The Wendigo is taking Jack's brother alone into the woods. Poor man has no idea what's in store for him.

Jack strikes me as the combative guy when it comes to diagnosis. If he comes in with a stroke, and asks what causes it, the doctor probably tells him that its his horrible lifestyle and overconsumption. Rather than take that and go with it, he'll argue, "Well what else could have caused it?" and get the usual boilerplate of excess coffee, excess sugars, stress, anything that can raise blood pressure. He picks a favorite bugbear that he thinks he can 'fix' and proceeds to declare it the actual cause.

You see this with a lot of entitled lolcows, who get a bad outcome like losing a job, get a list of reasons that looks something like "Failure to deliver on time, extreme hostility to coworkers, consistent destruction of product, subpar work output, and consistently 15 minutes late onto shift", and proceed to ignore all the significant meaningful ones and fixate on the most minor quibble of them - "Who the hell fires people for only being 15 minutes late to work? I'm being persecuted for [Insert dumbfuckery here]". They pretend this is the only actual issue and ignore their real problems.

Pretty sure he checked himself out AMA after his first stroke because he was angy about the diagnosis and didn't believe it.

My guess is he somehow fused the biblical christmas story of "No room at the inn", griping about Santa supplanting Jesus, and the commercialization of Christmas/complaints about everyone buying everything from Amazon instead of shopping local into the boomer-tier Facebook equivalent of Garbage Stew.

He wrote about it on his blog; it was probably a TIA and from his story, he AMA'd because he was upset his results weren't faster. Jack's not a great historian but he went on to mostly complain about billing issues and why nobody else was using Jack's personal definitions of insurance terms; not terribly concerned about heeding the kind warning he'd received from his cerebral vasculature.

I dread the idea of his trigger discipline if he's given the rifle. Not just for the obvious of an idiot with a gun, but he's one armed, with a long rifle. That means you're gonna be gripping hard with that one hand to keep any real control of it. At that point, the weight shifting forward for any reason would easily slide an inexperienced shooters finger off a forward point and into the trigger guard, at the same time instinct will say to squeeze hard to get control of the falling item.

This is an ND into someones leg just waiting to happen.
