For some reason, when they make up these fake news stories, they never list the obviously still alive David Keith Ginder any more, even though he's our most famous murder victim, who we totally killed. Even though he's still alive.

See they've started doing that recently and its making me suspicious, especially since we found a possible number registered to a David Ginder in the US in 2022. Its looking like Byuu moved back to the US, and the way they started leaving his name out of these things when they used to shout about "poor software thief emulation developer Byuu" as loud as they could, its really fucking activating my almonds.
I think they fucking know he's alive.

Now we have a possible number and possible location if anybody wanted to solve the case of Shroedinger's Troon for good (or at least rule out the 2022 David Ginder that Intellius says is linked to members of Byuus family) it'd be pretty easy to hire a local PI to follow it up, I'm just not interested enough to waste my money.

No, it's not "theoretically" a GDPR violation, Null is a single person so gobs of the regulations don't even apply to him. I'm pretty sure it doesn't apply anyway because Liz Fong-Jones didn't give this data to Null. If these are all legal violations why is Liz Fong-Jones going about by trying to exploit loopholes in terms of service rather than pursuing prosecution?

You're right, it's not. It would've been if Elliot gave his data to Lolcow LLC for it to process to provide a service, and Lolcow LLC been sloppy with it.

The case here is that Elliot published information about himself online in a public space and the Kiwi Farms aggregates it and laughed at it.

Fun fact, market authorities get tons of complaints from butthurt normies who do not understand GDPR. I just wish I could have seen Elliot's retarded complaint.
