I know it helps with cancer related pain, multiple sclerosis and can have a mellowing effect for depression or anxiety, but so many of these stupid fuckers with mental health issues they like to broadcast really need to lay off the gear!

Alcohol can be used to self medicate some conditions, as can cocaine and amphetamine derivatives, but even these fucking munchies wouldn’t argue that someone drinking and snorting daily before breakfast is helping themself.

Before anyone thinks I am an uncool square, I like a smoke but I lay off it as the country I live in is still quite draconian and being an older than youth male, the authorities consider that I “should know better”.

It’s not the overall practice, it is the widespread perception that dope is harmless and beneficial which bugs me.

It’s still a drug. It still alters brain chemistry.
