What was the inciting incident leading to the current DFE event? I can't quite pinpoint what of the many things it was in response to, if anything. Maybe they just felt like the heat was getting to be too much finally?

Also I listened to the two This Could Happen Here podcast episodes that were about the siege (there's two other eps about the Tranch itself where they're lying about how to build a "sustainable queer haven" - something they never accomplished) and it really does seem, as y'all have been saying, that Aldo is solely responsible for the narrative that armed men marched onto the tranch property in the middle of the night during the siege. They made it really clear that the rest of TUR was asleep back at the house because Aldo came to "relieve them from their watch so they could get some rest" so Aldo was 100% the only witness to that encounter. That makes me more convinced than ever that that whole event was made up or very exaggerated.

The thing about off-grid is that for a lot of the year you have a big surplus of power during the day, that you can’t adequately store to use at night.
I have a modest solar system (on grid) and even today, at the start of March, it’s going to make about 25kWh.
I believe the the tranch has lead acid batteries and roughly similar amount of solar, so I’d guess they can store 5kWh of that. Maybe another 5kWh is used for an air conditioner and Kevin’s gaming rig. The rest just isn’t used. So why not plug in an electric car if you have one - it’s free driving. Especially if you only need a few short trips per week and even more so if you have other vehicles to use in the winter.

Where the tranch was having power trouble was keeping Kevin’s computer running all night. There are pictures early in the thread showing a completely fucked up, home brew set of batteries - which they did later replace quite expensively along with more solar. They were using generators to make up for that. It would make no sense to charge the car that way other than in an emergency.

You aren't wrong for sane human beings, but these are trannies.

1) The Trachers were going for hours to Costco about every week to stock up on bachelor chow.
2) They were driving into to town for meals at the tavern almost every day. They using the leaf as an additional vehicle and topping it off from thier gasoline-generator set up.
3) No way in fucking hell their system was putting out 25KWh. The average upper end residential panel is 250W. They were maybe generating 10 with what they had, and that's providing thy didn't have the cheapest chinesium panels. They were also installed like ass, and I don't think they had a battery bank. They also had multiple rigs, plus laptops, with multiple monitors plus TV & consoles.
They were wasteful trannies living in squalor until the money ran out, but LARPing environmental responsibility.
4) The leaf is a small vehicle. It would be filled with 4 unwashed trannies.

The Twitter account that ex-ATF Paul is talking to is CT John Brown Gun Club - the Connecticut branch of John Brown Gun Club. They're one of the groups Andy Ngo tends to freak out about as domestic terrorists - a dude from one of their chapters tried to attack a government building and ended up being shot. They sometimes get booted from twitter now for calls for violence and threats.

Now, whether the feds would care much about the tranch...meh. But the association with ex-ATF Paul, and ties he might have to the John Brown Gun Clubs (and their desire to arm people) might be more compelling to them. It's pretty likely that Paul and the antifa types he's involved with are doing illegal things with weapons, if not provably getting involved in domestic terrorism activities. Either way, probably not the best enemy for Bonnie to have.

As far as potential Waco - these John Brown Gun Club branches seem like a potential spot. Unlike "Antifa" in general, they're specific organizations that associate with the antifa movement, and they're very specifically focused on weapons and arming people. They claim not to be a militia, but by all indications they are a militia - same as any other militia group, just with some left-wing talking points.

As someone who gets confused and upset when people state things contrary to fact, I really wish someone would pursue those allegations that Tranch, and also the lady reporter from Channel 9, were sent white powder in the US Mail.

The Tranch isn't talking (and remembering the past is counterrevolutionary) but the news station could confirm/deny their part.

There are fact-based avenues that can be pursued without running into the soup of "xe said/fae said" or the Rainbow Wall of Silence.

I assume either Penny realized that Bonnie might have something to stand on if he does go to the feds, or Penny decided to run a poorly timed damage control. Either one is an option in my mind because Penny isn’t exactly the brightest.
