Bravo, Sir. Truly sublime. It’s my second favorite, behind this beauty:

I'd imagine for his recent stroke or whatever it was. Ambulance rides aren't cheap in America.

It's extra funny because Jack is against national healthcare but then he bitches about a $3k ambulance ride
It's like he's too much of a strokebrained mushmouth idiot to understand the implications of the pig-stupid takes he has on nearly everything. There are valid criticisms of national healthcare but that a functional system contains costs for the individual patient isn't one of them. Also does this moron think an ambulance is just a fancy taxi cab? They're already doing medicine in there, and that shit costs.

Standard of Jack to be angy about the dumbest shit, especially since he's probably going to be a deadbeat and not even pay anything whatever insurance he has doesn't cover.
Mr. YouTuber hasn’t released any content in 3 weeks, so that monthly check will be pennies.
It already is pennies, I'm sure. I'd be astounded if his income from this crap is even at the level where he can write it off as a business expense rather than just as a hobby, and wouldn't be surprised at all if he literally pays more for his gluttonous mukbangs than he makes from them.

I bet he's still writing them off, and that may come back and bite him in the ass.

Hilariously this channel has actually drastically improved in terms of views over the past couple of months with other youtube channels shitting on him and not uploading anything for 3 weeks. Look at his stuff from a year ago, 5k views. mom's butter chicken, 59k views. smoked superbowl legs, 17k views. wings in mushroom gravy, 31k views. This is likely the people who are seeing other channels shit on him going to see what the latest horror show is that they haven't covered yet.

So not only has this bumbling fuck survived another stroke, he's seeing a significant jump in viewers without actually doing anything on his part.

It's still likely to amount to jack shit as far as income, and he probably does spend more making his dumpster dishes than he makes on the videos. But it's absolutely hilarious that he's seeing even a residual increase in "success" while he's completely incapable of capitalizing on it(not that he was mentally capable of doing so beforehand).

Oh, boo hoo, jack is on a carb diet for his diabetes. Also, all of that is high in starch and carbs, but hospital don’t have a healthy selection of food options since that cost too much money

Of course only Jack Scalfani would think a plate of potatoes and toast are carb-restricted, the stupid fuck. But what about his KEEEETOOOOOOOOO?

Don’t forget about the biscuit. Christ, I work at a hospital and it always annoy me when the dietitian say they’ll put someone on a diet and they just fuck it up. fyi, have someone bring food to you if you have a diet restriction.

The nurse is hoping she put enough potassium cyanide in his breakfast.
Honestly, the majority of fuckers in that hospital are probably just like Jack. Tennessee is a very fat state.

The dose of potassium cyanide necessary must be heroic for a population with the girth of Tennessee's.

Ah yes, the usual recovery path of a month in a hospital then a month in a nursing home.
Jack is going to be even more immobile after this, isn't he? 300 pounds to 600 pounds when?

Also Jack probably got the all carb special because he refuses to touch icky fruits and vegetables. The eggs probably had onions and peppers in them, and not nearly enough cheese. BLECH.

It's fucking Tennessee. This IS carb reduced down there.

I think the "few weeks" is bullshit. He is trying to conceal near complete permanent disability.
Exactly. He's playing for time in the hopes that God or Jesus will miraculously heal him. I mean it's been three weeks and another month in a nursing home usually means it's pretty fucking bad. On the plus side though if he's in a nursing home he's going to have no choice but to do the rehab.

The charitable interpretation (I know, I know) is that he's being sarcastic, but even if those are carb-heavy foods, the portion size looks tiny compared to what Jack eats on a typical hobble to the fridge.

That's the carb reduction part of it.

Instead of being a full plate of potatoes, grits and toast it's only a quarter plate.
