Reading into it, the "data" being "harvested" is no different from anything you would find in pretty much any EULA from a game studio from the USA to Japan, being some pretty standard legalese babble. However if you actually follow the trail of breadcrumbs you find out the source of the claim and who began this scaremongering.

These guys spend no time to attack the devs for being Russian and how bad they are for not trying to sabotage their own game to virtue signal about Ukraine. The mention that the data being sent to the Russian government only appears if you sign the Russian EULA is spun as some sort of conspiracy but it sounds to me more likely that they are only going to send data if the user is Russian already.
Interestingly, if you actually try and check who the fuck these guys are to find out why they are so buttmad about Russia
