It's hilarious hearing her complain that her SSDI isn't enough to cover the basics for her... and her deadbeat husband. And the animal hoard. Like no shit, lady. Most people couldn't afford to adequately care for that many animals.

This is one of the things that just annoys me about her. I do believe Burgers on disability need a lot more than they receive, but they could triple Pissa's tugboat and it still wouldn't be enough because holy shit, she has 11 fucking cats! Two of which have special needs! That, her many addictions and her sudden whims such as "I wanna move into this dilapidated trailer" -- she'd have to receive around $5000 a month to be happy, and I assure you she still would bitch about something.

She had free, elective surgery and still tried to pass herself as a victim because women dared to have children and be happy about it... in the maternity ward.
 
It is hilarious that this megabrain thinks she is going to freeze to death this winter if she doesn't get moved into the Tub Trumpet Trailer...Bitch that thing is made of rusted corrugated iron and is full of holes. There's more chance of me being ready for the 2023 Miss World than that trailer being habitable and cosy for this winter.

If she made a slideshow of the cats with some sad music playing, with a small text saying "please donate," that could work.

Three seconds in and Polissa makes me MATI. Goes on about how many of them there are to support and it's simply not enough *sob*. About the kittens her unneutered cat had, that she then kept. Yes and? I'm supposed to pity you because of your poor husbandry? If you can't support the animals then rehome them. The "but then they may be destroyed" argument doesn't fly with me -- better humanely euthed than neglected, starving, and going in want of veterinary care. Particularly where we can all see just how well you manage resources by how fat and unhealthily bloated you look Polissa -- anyone with sense will wonder if money they give will actually go where it's intended or down your gullet instead.

Is it just me, or is she speaking incredibly quickly and with an odd, uncaring cadence? I think she means it to convey as desperation but with the tone and the way she keeps glancing to the side it comes across very much as someone hurrying through a frantic lie instead. (Which we know is true, but even casual viewers will pick up on it.) She really needs to work on her delivery if she wants to beg convincingly verbally rather than via text. I know that Tik Toks are limited in length, but she's completely failing to create any sense of pathos. If I saw that video without knowing her background I'd think "hoarder with too many animals, tweaked on drugs too" and carry on, with no thought of giving anything. Particularly since you can't see a single creature apart from Polissa -- I'd assume they didn't actually exist.
 
I think what blows my mind about this is that Pissa is so pro-abortion, but anti-humane euthanasia for her animals.

So let's kill a fetus that hasn't had the opportunity to suffer in the event that it /might/, but let animals that ARE suffering continue to do so.

Not saying pro-choice/pro-life/pro-whatever, but fuck, have some damned consistency.

Especially when trying to appeal to cat lovers for money, showing the cats (particularly poor Gomez bless that sweet boi) is the sensible thing to do.

"Except I'm in Alabama, where there are no renter's rights unless you have money to pay for a lawyer. Calling the housing authorities won't do anything, not in this state. This is not the first bad renter we have rented from. I had to leave one other house because they wouldn't fix the water leak and I ended up with a $700 water bill, so I had to move out because I couldn't pay that. That was years ago, but with this particular incident, he's not giving me any reason to believe he has insurance on this house. It's not required in Alabama."

"That's a really good question. If it had not been for 2 or 3 really good friends of mine on Twitter consistently sending cat food and cat litter from Amazon, we wouldn't have made it. And there were times I had to use my own food money to buy the cats food. Like human food to be broke down and made like into a pile of food for the cats. Tuna, chicken, pumpkin, barley. Those are all really good items you can feed cats if you're ever in a bind. You can also give them broth that's not salted. So there are options and that's what I have done. But mostly if it hadn't been for my friends providing the cat litter and cat good - we wouldn't have made it."

"It is a light year worth of difference between the livability of the trailer vs the livability of my rental home. I have shut up and put up with this landlord and this house for 5 years. I have tried every single way I can think of to get us out of there. Now I don't make but $1065 a month on Social Security Disability. My husband, he works in a restaurant. He doesn't make very much money at all and he's diabetic. We care for the 11 cats. There is just not money left at this point. That is the only reason I'm making this video asking for any sort of help to get out of here. Because I know TikTok can provide miracles sometimes. And that's what I need in this situation to keep me and my husband and all of our animals together, safe and put into a safe environment. Now, our rental home also has electrical issues and we have spent several thousand dollars on replacing all sorts of refrigerators and stoves and microwaves and washer and dryer. Excuse me, I've got a cat thinks I'm her footrest, something right now. We've spent so much money because the electricity here is so bad. It rains - every time it rains, it literately rains in my bedroom right next to where my husband sleeps because the hole in the wall. Because he never fixed the roof - he stuck the tarp on it. There's a hole underneath the air conditioner that is just a piece of plywood stuck over the hole on the outside of the house because that was our only option at the time. Because he didn't put that there - I did, as far as the plywood. He just will not fix anything. So literately if you do not have money in Alabama, if you're not rich in Alabama, don't expect equal rights here. There's 2 different classes here. That's just how it is. It's how it's always been. You're either dirt poor or you got everything. That's Alabama and responses like that (points to question), just letting you know, are not helpful."

"Why indeed would I take them in. Ok, so let's go over them. Luna was dumped on me by my cousin, when she stayed with me and them moved out abruptly and didn't take her with her. Luna had 5 kittens: Wednesday, Pugsley, Gomez, Morticia, and Fester. Next came Shadow from my neighbor. Found as a kitten, half chewed on, half dead. She didn't know what to do with him. I took him in.

Next, let's see, we have Sabrina and Dobby. Both came from my cousin, another cousin, who was moving into an apartment and couldn't take either animal with him. Shelters were full. It was right at the beginning of the pandemic. Where else were they supposed to go? Back out in the woods for coyote food? Nope. Here I go taking them in.

Next, oh let's see, uh, let's go back in time to Poppy who showed up on the coldest day in January/February a couple years ago. Found his owner a couple of years later. She didn't want him back. Where's he supposed to go? Um, we've got Matilda who just showed up out of the neighborhood one day, meowing, screaming for food. Never found an owner for her but she stayed.

Let's see, Penelope. Penelope came to use from friends who moved and she had a virus when they moved and because she was pooping all over the place they threw her outside, right as it was starting to get cold. I'm not going have that! What animal would be ok ..... I'm not friends with them right now. That was 1 of the things. Anyways. That cat now lives with us too. She actually ended up giving most of my cats that same virus. Shadow now has to have diapers because he can't control his bladder.

I'm doing the best I can and no the shelter can't take them. The shelter's full. They currently, in the last month, took in 2 hoarding situations and a dog fighting ring. There is no room for them. There is no rescues available. So I hope that answers your question. I didn't choose this. They all came to me out of necessity and because I'm a good person, I have taken upon myself to even go as far as beg to have them feeded, fed and make sure they have litter and that their needs are met. I have even gone without food to make sure they have it. So please, tell me again, how I'm doing so horribly at this."

"You're right. I'm not asking for constructive help. I am not asking for advice. I'm not asking for that. I am a capable human being who has already figured out that there is no help coming from anywhere for me. I have been in this situation for 5 years. This is not my first time trying to figure a way out of it. I have followed all the rules. There's no help when you have no money in Alabama. Now, if you don't mind, that's doesn't help - your comment. It just makes it seem like you're baiting me to become angry or attitude-filled. That's not what I'm after here. "Are you serious? Come on now. Would you take anyone telling you to put your pets in a shelter? What makes you think that's ok to do to me? Every one of my pets are my actual children. I have a promise, a soul bond to every single one of them that they would live with me and be taken care of to the end of their days. And there's a reason for that. Because at the beginning of the pandemic, in 2020, when they were all still real little. I went through a very bad, very horrible depression, to the point I became willing to not be here on this planet. I hallucinated myself standing in front of me, telling me to get it over with. What stopped me was my cats. They saved my life and I'll be damned if I don't keep and keep them safe. Now you can't tell me I can do that with Alabama shelters. I can't do that with Alabama shelters because Alabama shelters are overrun. There's no room for my pets. And because most of my cats are black, they will be euthanized. Black coated animals are always the first euthanized because they're the most looked over. You can't promise me safety there so the answer is no and get lost."

She's not going to get any more funds. And if she does, it'll be paltry donations here and there. She needs to figure out something else and quick, because there are plenty of social services in her area that she is not utilizing. Doesn't matter if she's tried them before. She needs to try them again and again because this fat mug whining on TikTok isn't going to produce the results she wants.
 
Her cats' welfare begins and ends at how convenient or beneficial it is for her. If someone offered her $1000, cashapp, to take Gomez and diaper cat to city animal services (kill shelter) she'd be on the phone within the hour making it happen and using new justifications why it's better for them.
 
So... friends, family, Twitter AND TikTok have all told her, at different times, to stop being a cunt and rehome the pets. Yet none of it gets through. It's almost impressive, her levels of stupidity.

I am also impressed by her gall, admitting she doesn't want advice, just money. I am not in TikTok but I can't imagine that attitude will go over better with the Zoomers there than it does with the Millennials and Boomers of Twitter.
