I don't understand why Flynt is dealing with all these harassing tweets. Natalie is clearly not doing her job.

Just because of that, I checked to see if anything happened to my account and thankfully nothing. I wasn't even blocked from her Twitter at all. I think she just flat out ignored what I sent her. Oh well.

It's because weens and Gamergate tards seem to insist on sending the wrong screenshot of it, where she can just reply with her narrative of what happened. It's hard to claim that you were 'just trying to encourage people to put all the shit posts in the one area, to keep the forums' clean if they'd just send this one instead:

Not only that I dont think the Steam false flag is particularly a strong avenue of attack on Wu. Its easily explainable and anyone on the outside whos unfamiliar with the Wu may just assume shes telling the truth.
She needs to be hammered hard about the Jace Conners incident. Not only did a Verge article out Jace as a fake person played by an actor but she linked that Verge article one year ago.

At one point, Wu posted a picture of a restraining order from a Massachusetts court, with (ultimately false) contact information she'd gleaned from Gamergate supporters. "The police tried to serve this person. They were unable to locate them, which is why we ultimately chose to just blot out that information and tweet it out," she says.
"My first reaction was, I don't know what it changes," she says of Bernstein's story. "I fully expected when we went to court with this person that this is exactly what they would say — it was a joke, it's not serious, they didn't mean it." While Connors wasn't the only reason she scaled back her PAX presence, "if I had known this three weeks ago, it's possible we would have made a different decision," she says. "I think it's really sad that we lost that promotional opportunity."
Million Dollar Extreme has a history of covert satire. In 2013, Hyde tricked TedX into giving him space for an absurdist talk on the "2070 paradigm shift," which Wu loved. "But there is a really big difference in satirizing the bombast of a TED talk and making a woman and her developer team think they're going to be murdered," she says. Jace Connors' stint in Gamergate is less like the surreal fakery of @horse_ebooks and more like the time a group of marketers threatened to post nude pictures of Emma Watson as a "stunt."
Poe's Law dictates that without a wink and nod, there's no way to create a parody of extremism that someone won't mistake for the real thing. That once meant that trolls were fooled into thinking they had goaded a man further and further into paranoid schizophrenia. Now, it means people can dismiss victims of harassment for not understanding the nuanced satire of violent threats. A six-month campaign against "social justice warriors" who have alternately infiltrated video games, universities, and (to at least a few people) DARPA is already surreal enough without comedy.
If anything, learning Connors isn't for real has only solidified Wu's plans to press charges for online threats. "My initial reaction with this was this is someone who is mentally ill," she says. "Now I find out it's just a game for this person, that's worse."

She knows it was fake. She gave an interview with the verge on the topic of it being fake and she tweeted about it. She even said she liked Hyde's parody Ted talk. She knows it was fake and is still saying it isnt. Shes clearly lying and not only that she has clearly lied at that SxSW panel with that pic of Tyce in the skull mask and on TV with her Syfy show. This should be the new avenue of attack.

What's hilarious is that the guy didn't need to go to any of that trouble when he could have just dropped a line to the Twitter support team and they'd help him out. Most of the staff in the American office are very aware of all the Flynt nonsense going on. They even have their own slang for getting banned over this stuff: "having the Shim Bit set on your account".Ais being questioned by Flynt on how he is escaping the Twitter ban.

I never said we had to be the ones that do that. Wu just handed weens, people too stubborn/stupid to stay away from the tranny, and people with more clout who want to pin Wu to the wall another dagger to do just that with, they will almost certainly exploit this even if we don't.

LOL. Wu tries to use that tweet to exonerate himself, it winds up containing damning information, he then burns it out of embarrassment. Whitford himself Favorited it, he just spit in Whitford's face with this little stunt.
Which is why I'm not on Twitter and never want to be. Besides, I've already pointed out lots of ways trolls COULD mess with people before, just like ED has trolling tips on most of their articles.
As far as Wu's concerned, I'm just outlining hypotheticals, I have no intention of doing any of it, and others here have done likewise, but time and again, Wu reacts to people being handed the means to attack him with utter shock and outrage, even if he's the idiot to hand those people the gun already loaded.
