You can make a pretty plain spaghetti for like $5.

Plain old spaghetti and marinara is GREAT with a can of chickpeas added to the sauce. Adding both protein and fiber helps you feel full and satisfied for longer, which stretches the meal without making you feel like you're doing without. Add a green vegetable and it's actually a decent meal. Walmart has different steam in bag frozen vegetables for $1. People rag on frozen veg, but they're a great option for people who want to eat vegetables but are too lazy to prepare them, and in many cases, the frozen vegetables are superior from a nutrition standpoint, too.

As with other beans, getting a 1 lb bag of dried chickpeas and cooking a big batch to freeze (don't can beans unless you're experienced with canning) is the most economical and tasty option, but because Polissa did just have surgery, the canned ones would be just fine. Walmart has canned chickpeas and other beans for 99 cents.

I can't get the long screenshot to work on my phone, and no one cares anyway, but I put together a cart at Walmart which included spaghetti, sauce, a bag of frozen spinach, a can of chickpeas, and some real Parmesan cheese for $6.10. That's enough for at least 2 meals.

I can't imagine that Polissa feels like eating, anyway. Oh wait, look at her. I'm sure she'll force something down. Also, this is another great reason why Joh has no business taking multiple days off. He could have eaten a shift meal for less than $15.

I just got done eating Top Ramen. Even at a "fancy" grocery store, they're 33 cents a pack. Go to the produce section and get some green onions, broccoli, pea pods, mushrooms,etc. Throw everything in a pot, put in water, bring to a boil, throw in the noodles. Cook for 4 minutes. Loosely drain the water, use 1/2 the seasoning packet and a couple of shots of Siracha.

For $15 you can make a nice steak dinner. This fat lazy chode needs to fuck the right off.

I didn't go that low, but I am currently making this:

It will last probably at least three meals for several people in one form or another.

She has mentioned brain fog before, so my bet is on that amplified by "starvation" because NO HELP CAME and neither she nor Josh the alleged talented chef could come up with meals she can eat while he's away.

Of course this will be the hospital's fault. They tortured her for the 24h she was there by reminding her of the miracle of life, and then just let her go without stopping to think if either her or her husband of a decade were responsible enough adults to successfully and responsibly care for her, after this surgery she has been preparing for for months on end.

Without sounding MATI, I'll say that it at the very least frustrates me seeing her whine about starving when there's a homeless teenager who has gone viral on TikTok who shows people how he makes meals with NO HOME. Some days he's fortunate enough to be able to get a hotel room with a microwave but if I remember correctly he lives out of his mom's car and they use a single burner stove to heat up food. I hate the idea of children starving. And I hate seeing someone who has a roof over their head grifting and claiming how she's the most unfortunate person to ever live.

Spruce up boring spaghetti. Brown the cheapest ground meat you can get, probably turkey, and season with garlic power, onion powder, italian seasoning and salt and pepper. Drain the grease(or don't, it's extra calories since you guys are always starving). Pour in a jar or two of pasta sauce. Season to taste. Add to cooked spaghetti. If you eat proper portions, it should feed both of you for a few days. Calculated cost is about $8.

I can see her being retarded and lazy enough to interpret it as that. Still insane to think about. Her doctor definitely would not recommend or advise that in 2022 so it’s absolutely something Polissa came up with. It is very rare for someone to be recommended bed rest for longer than a day and even then they want you to walk for five minute increments every few hours.

She also basically spends her day in bed anyway so it’s like what’s the point for even her to be on “bed rest” anyway? It’s just a new justification for her to be in bed all day while tweeting amongst her hoard.
