I thought he worked or volunteered for an organization that gave talks to places on transgender issues, but then got fired from it for discounting and acting like he was more opressed than trans women of color, or that's what I think one of the Reddit comments said or something like that.

That's true, but being fired from a volunteer position also doesn't scream spokesperson to me.
I could be underestimating it though, which is part of why I wish we had more info on him.

I imagine trans people will condemn him as a narcaistic, fetishist who shouldn't be near children.
But many of the non trans doogooders will probably want to protect him and hold him as a beacon of modern day LGBT values. I remember that a lot of trans people were not happy with Caitlyn Jenner straight away, but the rest of the media made her their darling.

A lot of trans people were unhappy with Caitlyn Jenner because although it was great to have a public face for once, she didn't represent the reality most of them face. Caitlyn has the money to live on being associated with the Kardashians and from her career as an athlete, but most transgendered people are lucky to make above minimum wage and definitely can't afford to transition, be it financially or physically. Financial reasons are obvious, but the physical reason relates to job security... it is in a lot of ways career suicide right now.

A while back I looked into some radfem websites as potential cows. The main thing I learned while doing that, other than that Cathy Brennan calls herself an insect for some reason, is that GenderIdentityWatch, GenderTrender, and so on, are not very funny, just very angry. I suppose if you could bait them properly, you'd get a really amazing reaction out of them, but otherwise they're just another hate site, no different from any other. I do, however, know that at least one of the people modding one of the big blogs (I think it's GIW but I'm not sure, so don't quote me on that) is actually a passable post-op tranny who joined up with the radfem crowd at some point--probably because she's a self-loathing tranny and wants to feel like one of the gurlz. I might look into it again if she's still around/I can remember which one it was.

Not necessarily. Borderline personality disorder is known for excessive attachment, but that's really just a part of a larger issue with extremely black and white, intense attitudes towards others. He might well have genuinely loved his family at one point, but grown tired of them when the excitement of being a family man wore off and keeping his activities extracurricular no longer did it for him. Getting tired or bored of relationships is a common issue in those kinds of personalities.
Personally, I think that what happened was his wife put up with his faggotry until he started pushing the whole "I wanna be the little girl" thing on her and trying to go to school with his own kids, or whatever he did, and then she told him to fuck off and stop being a creepy creep. This happened at about the same time that most men have their midlife crises, so he made some extreme changes and started trying to live out his dream, however fucked up it might be.
As for why he's the way he is in the first place: He seems like a genuine transgender, but it's obvious that he has some major "daddy's girl" issues. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if there was some history of both sexual abuse and mental illness in his family. The fact that he's literally getting off on the idea of his "dad" fucking him while trying to make himself six years old again is the most obvious indicator of both of these--autopedophilia is a very unusual fetish and is rarely not found coupled with childhood sexual trauma; and the extreme lengths to which he's taken his pedoquest to be the little girl indicates that it's pretty deeply ingrained in his psyche.
No, they cannot. In olden times, people who could not function in society were put in asylums. Now, they are given the title of "community advocate" and showered with praise for their bravery and daring. I dunno, the way he described it, he seemed pretty excited about it--like it was an unusual occurrence. And he does look somewhat more feminine in his recent pictures than he did in, say, 2011. The thing is, he's in his early fifties; you're not going to get much feminization from hormones at that age no matter how much you're taking. I doubt he's even taking the full dose, either, since at his age and weight he's got things like blood pressure to worry about that are affected by hormone use.
My top guesses are as follows:

3) It's a horrifying pun about Stefonie being on daddy's knee, meaning his incestuous rape penis
My money is on the third one based on what I know about this person.
I am of the opinion that people can do anything they want in the bedroom as long as it's consensual. Want to be gay? Great! Have fun. Want to stick ginger roots up your ass? Great, but don't throw a fit if your partner says no. Want to wear fursuits covered in shit and peanut butter and pretend you're characters from Sonic the Hedgehog? Have at it, you sick motherfucker. Want to pretend you're six years old and your partner is your dad and he's incestuously sexing you in your grossly overweight man ass? You're fucking weird, but it's your right to do it--behind closed doors, where nobody else has to see your insanity.
Some people are so narcissistic that they don't understand, or don't want to understand, that other people don't look at things from the same point of view as they do, and therefore there is no such thing as "either you agree with me or you're wrong". Stefonknee seems to be one of those people. His willful ignorance of basic social conventions, such as acting remotely your age in public, is astounding. See, it's not bad that he wants to do these sick, kinky things in private; it's bad that he wants to live his life in this role that should stay in the bedroom, or at least be extremely muted when he's not alone with his partners. He's neglecting and embarrassing his family; he's making a fool of himself; and worst of all, he's simply too caught up in the freedom provided by his insane fantasy world to understand or care.

So there's this movie on netflix called The Tortured. It's really shit but weirdly enough Stef reminds me of the murderer who refers to himself as two different people, one being Daddy and one being a little girl.
