I think it's because she wants to be unique. Most people who are actually trans, try not to make themselves too unique and realize that they need to conform somewhat to society, stripper names for some reason I don't understand aren't uncommon among transgender people who tend to act like annoying stereotypes.

I was under the impression they meant if you start hormones prior to puberty.

Usually I'm pretty open as to what people want to do with their lives, but this is just creepy and horrifying.

The whole "pretending to be a six-year-old girl" thing happened after he burned all bridges with the local activism community, and since he apparently fled the province (or the country?) after being convicted, a local background check might not have brought up anything.

Unfortunately for him, you can't exactly hide being an asshole.

This is true. However, the man was a fucking nightmare even before he went full blown fetish, wouldn't that surely have given the trans people surrounding him the creeps?
 
I really am honestly tired of fetishists trying to co-opt the trans label. And some of these annoying sissy fucks end up using resources that could be used to help actual trans people. Like what was mentioned with this guy being in an activist circle, and some even go as far as HRT until they realize they stop getting girlboners or whatever.

Between the activism, outspokenness and the documentry, this abusive, creepy kinkster gets to represent the LGBT community to people who already don't take us seriously. Woohoo.

I kind of interpreted Stef-on-knee as a reference to a child sitting on someone's knee--usually a parent or relative--because she's supposed to be a six year old. Either way it's disturbing.

Well, at least she's not an adult baby, and doesn't shit herself. Just a "little" who takes it to the extreme.

I'm assuming that she's not into diapers, because I'm pretty sure if she was then she would be talking about how she pooped herself and needed to be changed to the reporters, since she seems to be open about all of her sex acts, which would make this person even more horrifying.

It's interesting to watch this documentary and compare it too the rest of the info on him. It all seems very rehearsed and paints quite a different picture if you don't have the Facebook posts and text messages. He just glosses over the assault charges and blames everything on transphobia when you know there has to be more to it. First his wife is cool with him being transgender then out of the blue she kicks him out and steals his car while he's in the hospital for depression. His roommate changes the lock on the apartment as well. It all seems to come out of nowhere according to him. I'm thinking his wife got the car and his roommate changed the keys while he was committed because they were afraid of it turning violent.

If it helps, never heard of him until today. But yes. It's pretty darn easy. All you need is a social media account (preferably Twitter or YouTube), say some nice, supportive things about the trans community and BOOM- instant ally. Doesn't matter if you eat kittens for breakfast. No one's going to be critical about their supporters if they're otherwise saying nice things.
