I love all the "nobody agrees with you" attempts. It's like they've never had people have power over them do something they disagree with. The truckers don't give a fuck about your opinions. That's the point of blocking the roads. They are making their issues your problem.

You summed up exactly why I constantly say that you need to just TURN. YOUR. BACKS. to these people from now on. Doesn't matter if they're family or co-workers or friends.
This is how they feel, and they make that known whenever they get the chance. They are disturbingly GLEEFUL at the chance to deplatform, discriminate against, and humiliate ANYONE not in lockstep with "approved" ideology. Most disturbing of all is the fact that none of these people have any principles or sincerely held beliefs--at least, none they ever stick to.

They've shown just how fickle and self-centered they were when they turned from "Truckers are HEROES of the pandemic!" to "Truckers are racist fascist Nazi white supremacists!"
 
These city dwelling bugmen journalists have absolute no respect to anybody not living in their little concrete "diversity" jungle. They're just so much better than those dumb fly-over state rednecks. Writing article after article berating and slandering the blue-color worker for his "toxicity" and "racism" however, the moment these "dumb fly-over state rednecks" start firing back the bugmen will cry foul the loudest and demand their "bullies" be arrested or censored. They have become fully disconnected from reality. Fuck Journalists and fuck cities.

As noted above, 31% support the protest with 46% opposed. Support is highest in Alberta and Ontario and lowest in the Atlantic and BC. Support is also relatively high among Conservatives and supporters of the Greens and PPC.

Personally I think people underestimate the wellspring of anti-government Conservatism present in Ontario outside the cities.

Quebec's conservatism leans into nationalism, and thus is conveniently herded into proto-totalitarian """nationalist""" policies like the Language Laws (which were in effect normalizing and laying the groundwork for further governmental overreach for decades).

It's really interesting how the writings of Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn are still relevant today in the West as they were in the Soviet union. I strongly recommend people to check out his writings.

The truckers are the only free people in Canada at the moment because they have nothing to lose. They are marked for life by the glowies and will suffer severe consequences imposed by the state eventually as a punishment for resistance. For that reason, I think they'll stay until they are forcibly removed and they will make removing them a likely fatal task.

I never believed that shit for a minute. They were just trying to give us asspats to encourage us to go do the job and not puss out like them. They are too important and special to risk. Similar to a WWI general giving his soldiers a pep talk before they got sent over the top.

If you asked them to handle their responsibilities like you did they flat refused to because of the coof. Too risky and unsafe, they said. They then fabricated putting a doily on their face and getting a jab as new symbol of heroism to try to regain the moral high-ground.

They are sniveling spineless selfish cowards and I knew they would turn on us the minute they realized they couldn't order us around like slaves. We were always expendable and they never really cared.
