Jarrod has a lot of good ideas or objectively correct ideas. Like, more so than any other trancher that posts. His Twitter is usually about mushrooms, wildlife, reasonable sustainability/wanting it, and nature n shit. He just has pronouns disease or as I like to call it "nounsyndrome" which instantly render a person untrustworthy and insane.I think what Jarrod is getting at is that any family can find a way to start growing some of their own food, even if they don't have land. Things like community gardens. And that most people have a large portion of their time dedicated to working outside the home which makes it more difficult to tend to plants or chickens. Things would have to change for it to be feasible for every family to start growing food. He's just using a lot of stupid buzzwords.
If that's what he's saying and I'm not putting words in his mouth, I agree with him, honestly.
