If you look at this picture you can see how the red hue varies blatantly. It’s a pretty crappy photoshop.

They are so mad that the convoy protests are being peaceful that they have to resort to such underhanded tricks like these, how sad.

I know of the royal mounties, I was just wondering if they had separate regular mounted police like some cities do.

The police situation in Ottawa is rather complicated. There's the Parliamentary Protective Service around parliament, alongside the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (who are kind of like a more expansive FBI, if the FBI were also responsible for rural policing throughout much of the US), and then within the rest of the city there's both the Ontario Provincial Police and the Ottawa Police Service, who are the provincial and municipal police services, respectively. The Canadian Forces Military Police would also be present in some places/cases. It's all very byzantine, and protesters in the capital would be liable to interact with any/all of these organizations depending on where they are and what's going down.
