No, I just happen to live in a city with a larger than average concentration of immigrants and foreigners, and in the most diverse area at that.
Detroit-tier situations do not occur in Europe as we have better infrastructure and social safety nets, although there has been a noticeable uptick in drug-related violence (hits, torture chambers, drive-bys, etc.) in the last 4 years.
The situation is gradually getting more volatile, but stat-wise, Europe isn't even comparable to the Americas.

Two black eyes, at least one of which is an orbital fracture, his nose looks like it's been broken, he's got something with the jaw as well that his scruffy beard hides. Can't tell with the teeth, he's so fat that it's not immediately obvious and I feel the wigger in him would mention it.
