His mutuals all tend to be very political and SJW-y, which amongst other things means they are clannish, and tend to stick together long past the point where more apolitical people would give up trying to tolerate you (assuming, of course, that you remain
politically convenient, and that you continue to harass the right users, tweet the right hashtags, and express the right opinions - all of which Lou, to his credit or not, manages to do).
That said, Lou is on thin ice with his mutuals at the moment. It's likely that most of them Muted him months or even years ago. There are less than a dozen mutuals he seems to actually communicate with directly, and Lou himself reports that he's been getting VERY nasty DMs from fellow trannies on Twitter, primarily in regards to his constant grifting. If it weren't for the signal boosts and retweets he got over his dying cat story, it's quite possible nobody outside of Kiwifarms would have heard about Lover.
The worst incident was in December, right around Christmas, when he got cancelled for reasons unknown (seems to have happened because Lou called his longtime friend and noted Jordan Peterson fighter, Undertale LARPer, a mentally ill psycho who deserved to be be burned alive). Lou suicide baits on a regular basis, but he actually DID go legit suicidal for several days, and was on the verge of being kicked offline. However, Larper himself spearheaded a "bring Ace back" campaign, which headed off Lou's cancellation and brought him back into communion - for now.
If you notice how apologetic Lou is every time he asks for money, and how he's even promising to return money and let other users handle his crowdfunding campaigns - that's a new thing. He seems to be genuinely scared of getting kicked out of the trans club, as those 90-something mutuals he Tweets for are the only source of support he has, outside of Denise and Coach.
