Zaush wastes his talent for furry porn. Imagine - given a good story - what great comics he could have made that weren't focused on porn. But yet all those comic strips he made are completely fucked up, only means to get his fetishes to the crowd. What is definetly sure is that he loves size differences between male and female, that's why most of the females are lolita-style girls with A cups while the guys are buff giants. It is kind of pleasing to see that a guy with those drawing skills fails to create good stories or likeable characters with it. He made a huge incest / cuck comic where none of the characters are remotely likeable, I remember he did a short story for Heat magazine which had potential on the first page but ended up gross later on.

He also got mocked for his weird phrases when he made the kama-citra poster. Basically that's two male furry creatures showing all kinds of sex positions, with little explanations in case you don't get the joke. One is "Remember, be a gentleman and push in his stool"

Zaush is considered to be one of the "door-openers" to furry fandom, because his drawing skills are one of the best in that fandom. There were others, like Jim Hardiman (died 2014) or Blotch/now Kenket, before and after him with same exceptional skills. But where Hardiman managed to have at least some entertaining and self-aware stories (the furry fandom is also mocked) and Kenket stopped doing porn and is still popular, he did a complete trainwreck so far. However nothing he did outside of the drawing board has damaged his popularity. In fact, Disney did a great job for him because Zootopia is right down his alley: the creatures look like he has drawn them, and they have massive size differences.

Small correction, Blotch was a collaboration of two people, Kenket and BlackTeagan. Blotch was dissolved when they broke up and moved apart. Definitely some of the better artists in the fandom regardless, but them no longer doing porn means they are not very popular in their own rights.

Kenket is still very popular as she was the real talent behind Blotch. Oh I agree, it's definitely a large amount of watchers. However, some pisspoor artists (Ifus) have just as many followers, so in comparison it's not really all that much. Especially given Blotch had almost 60k.

Zaush is done with his zootopia comic, the last page of the comic is uploaded to E621 and not only is it just like Jasonafex infamous comic, it is also being downvoted to death, with many users expressing their disappointment over Zaush and the comic's pointless off-topic dialogue in the middle of porn scenes.

I've always wondered why so many people think they can write a good story accompanying porn when they can't. It really begs the questions of why these people even try to do that part of it.

If you are going to write a porn comic set in an existing universe (whether it's Star Wars, Harry Potter, etc), and you want to add a plot to it, don't do it in the middle of sex scenes because it ruins everything.

You don't always need to add a plot to a porn comic, in fact it's not even necessary unless you want to add something new.

I'm gonna go off topic here, but Blotch was actually two people. Two women, to be exact. They go by BlackTeagan and Kenket now, having split up. They actually managed to publish a graphic novel that was quite good before they went their separate ways, but it was only part one of three planned.

To my knowledge, I'm not sure if BlackTeagan still does porn and I think Kenket still does, but if yes, neither of them do it nearly as much as they did in their heyday.

He would message female artists and try to manipulate them into sleeping with him in exchange for him promoting them. Like his tiny dick was a magic popularity wand. He would specifically target women who weren't well-known in the fandom because they were unlikely to make a stink about his behavior. When a target had a boyfriend, he would tell them that their boyfriend is probably cheating on them anyway so they should totally fuck him instead. I wish I still had the AIM screenshots saved. It was a big open secret about him.
