🦊 Furry Zaush / Adam Wan - Popular furry artist with a penchant for being rapey & an ego that could black out the sun

Debating about drawings of whatever deviant sexual act causing or contributing to deviance or actual harm in real life is an endless rabbit hole and not really the focus or purpose of the thread. We're all here to laugh at an incompetent salty furry meltdown.

The real issue is that a known sexual predator, someone who described 12 year olds as fuckable, is allowed to break the rules on a community website over and over because he's a popular porn artist and friends with the owner. Maybe IMVU will step in. It's embarrassing for them as a company when a website they own can't even manage itself without turning into a cub porn dumpster fire. Honestly they should have known what they were getting in to when they decided to get involved in furry anything.

If you draw nude kids, you are a pedophile.

If you draw dog dicks, you're a zoophile.

End of story.

End of rine.

Rine end here.

getting him banned from FA isn’t going to hurt his revenue, it’s patron they would have to rally up to ban him.

Another thing worth mentioning is that Zaush has been promoting an underage artist on his Twitter a while ago.
She is 17 and goes by @TogaedMonk as her normal account and @TodFoxxx as her nsfw art account.

He furthermore commisioned another 17 year old girl called "emerarudoshika" on FA two weeks ago.

Considering his manipulative nature and that he also exchanged art gifts with his ex-gf Cyndi before, this might just be him trying to work on his next "victim". Pretty creepy, if you ask me.

It's pretty skeevy that he's following not only an underage girl, but an underage girl with a nsfw account - that just screams "pedo pedo pedo" to me. (I'm assuming he looks at that account too. Isn't it illegal - or at least looked down upon - for underage people to be drawing explicit content?)

in this regard the US law is completely fucked up. The legal term for exposing a monor to NSFW content (porn) is called "corruption of a minor" but does that count when the minor is making the content themselves in a drawn fashion? I know the Feds (state level) have charged teens with child porn charges for owning their own nude selfies.

I believe they are working to push on that front too, they need to cripple is paypal too.
i kind of am hoping it happens. id love to see the moment when he gets the messages telling him his accounts are locked or suspended.
that’ll be a fun explosion to watch

I honestly disagree with how PayPal has a hateboner for porn artists, as to my knowledge people rarely use other things and whatnot and if people are willing to pay for a service and it isn’t breaking the law, I don’t see why they care. However, regardless of whether or not you think PayPal should have this rule, I think we can all agree that the specifics of Zaush’s drawings are exceedingly objectionable, and that’s what PayPal should crack down on.

I admit I don't look into it much, but I'm honestly surprised I don't hear about any a-logging of furries by going after PayPal.

Quite honestly, I’d say I’m happy for that. I don’t use PayPal, but shit, if there’s a market, how else are people gonna do that without the weird and awkward interaction of meeting the porn artist in person?

A Change.org petition has gone up demanding Zaush be banned from FurAffinity. In roughly six hours it has gained 254 supporters(?[Archive.is shows 233, screencaps show 254])

Instead of calling out Dragoneer or other FurAffinity regulars, this petition is actually going for the jugular and has called upon IMVU staff specifically.View attachment 401531

The linked evidence.

Looks like the petition will hit the 500 mark today. Not particularly interesting, as petitions can gain traction quite easily, but if it continues to grow IMVU and/or Dragoneer will have to take note.

Whenever someone fucks a bunch of people over by not doing work, or if enough people have a big enough hate boner for someone i always see furries bring up contacting paypal about it, but it never happens. I think its because furries brains are too easily sidetracked.
In zaush's case PayPal would probably do something about his account, but considering that he doesn't take a lot of commissions these days I doubt it'd be that big of a deal.
Idk, zaush doesn't seem like that big of a lolcow as he's pretty good at keeping mostly quiet, but watching everyone around in the fandom attacking and defending him is fucking hilarious. Can't wait to see what happens to that petition lol

Let's hope IMVU does, both for them to take action and, hopefully, for them to get the feeling that buying a furry porn site is not the best move a business can make.

And if nothing else and even if it goes nowhere, it should cause Zaush some more drama and heartburn. And I'll gladly accept that.

You know I actually went around to reading said logs. One sentence comes out, like a big fat red thumb recently hit by a hammer.

When Zaush specifically points out a minimum fucking age for something fuckable, and states it to be 12, that just throws me off.

I'm surprised it took so long and to be honest 500 signatures is already kinda lowballing it considering the guy has, as the petition itself mentions, 75.000 followers on FA and 17.000 on twitter. You'd think it'd get a bit more traction but I guess that's the furry fandom for you.

This could be a beginning of an end. If this happens people will pull an effort to get other controversial figures banned from the site which I would usually be against as call-out culture brings more power to influential cliques than real justice, but in this case, there are way too many untouchable furry ecelebs the site admins would never put a finger on, this has to end earlier or later.

:offtopic: This is common misinformation that gets spread around the furry fandom every few years. It started off with an artist named Lillium. She sent out a journal claiming her Paypal account had been compromised because mysteriously Paypal found out she was selling a porn portfolio. Information later came out that it was because someone sent her a payment with something like "for gay anal sex". You can see why that'd shoot up red flags, particularly since Paypal's system is mostly automated with wordfilters. Cue furries QQing about Paypal "hating the furries" and accusations that Paypal was purposefully targeting payments with "FA" or "Furaffinity" in the note section.

None of it is true and to date this is the only case I know of someone in the fandom having their account compromised due to selling furry porn. Most of the ones who do get limited are ones who've been reported multiple times for fraud.

On top of that, the admins of Artist_Beware have also gone out of their way to contact Paypal for clarification. Artwork does not break any of their rules (regardless of if it's sexual in nature). The rules are intended to prohibit selling of legally defined pornography (this might have recently changed), camshows, and prostitution. :offtopic:

ETA correct username.

I get the sudden feeling that some of the people(who found a link to the farms) reading this are gonna attempt doing that now, sending a payment with those risky words. But that might just end up with their own accounts frozen too. (You can never go wrong with assuming someone doing something stupid when tensions are high and emotions flared)
