Whenever I see this, I just give up on watching the video, or instead I just skip it to the parts where it interests me. Even then, most of the interest I had is gone.

The other thing is that a lot of the criticism about the commentary community's treatment of trannies coincides with a period of time when trannies were at the peak of their power to zap you from orbit if you misgendered some literal nobody in chat, and it was worse on twitter.

A couple things happened which seemed to change the overall tenor of things:
1) Twitter stopped being a a place you had to walk on eggshells. Nick has commented a few times about how twitter is shit but at least he's not getting banned over dumb shit, and let's be real, most of that "dumb shit" is trannies having incandescent melties over trivial bullshit and it didn't have to be on platform stuff. When their two moneymakers (channel and twitter, the latter arguably more than the former for networking reasons) stop being under threat constantly they suddenly get much more honest. Not that Nick, for example, will ever have a fraction of the trans-distaste KF has, but he's not tripping over himself to correct jokes or not make them either which is a major difference.

tl;dr it was a money thing and now that the money isn't threatened they're being more honest.

2) Keffals imploded, and that seemed to deflate things for trannies generally, related to the above. It's certainly arguable they waited a cowardly amount of time to drop what they had (I know Nick has mentioned sitting on leaks from Keffals inner circle that would probably be fatal, for months), but they also made absolutely sure to have every duck in a row when they did pounce.

There are a portion of commentary Youtubers who are genuinely believers in pro-trans ideas, there are ones who are simply as edgy as the terms of service will allow them be as long as it means they can make money and then there are the people who disliked the idea from the outset but are the ones who unfortunately probably got banned in years past.

this "guy" I'm 85% sure is an FTM. the constant medieval fashion gear in videos. the plushes behind "him" in the attached shot. (some CROCHETED? no fucking way is a male youtuber in his early 20s showing off his Hecking Manly crocheted cat plushes.) "his" very soft features and lack of a browbone. listening to "him" speak i get more convinced this is a butthurt woman. the voice and pubestache is also suspect, because it's reminiscent of FTM's who keep the little hair they have to not feel feminine even if its patchy or gross looking or they really can't pull it off. also, what 20 something male has shelves that free of dust?

I'm struggling to articulate how bad of a response this is for the situation. He doubles down on the worst takes with the Synni situation, provides no real justification for the video being so poorly researched, downplays that it's only "1/10th" of the reason he's being "cancelled," and then pivots into exposing himself for being a socially inept creep. The "receipts" he had weren't even for the Synni bullshit, but it was proof that he... also sends chicken pictures to other people?

When it comes to having a minor draw suggestive art, he actually provides receipts that the allegation is true. The minor told him they were still in high school and he uses the same exact excuse as Pedocynical of "yes, they told me they were a minor and yes, I did respond to it, but I didn't read that particular part!" He spends that whole section of the video shitting on the victim and then at the end goes "oh, but I am sorry!" Right, but only after undermining the issue entirely.

Then he confirms he did send fart fetish smut to a minor, but it's okay since he only sent it because it's funny to him. Strange approach to an allegation. "The substance of the claim is correct and the allegations reflect reality, but I only did it because it was funny to me and that's the bottom line." He made a bigger effort to debunk that he was aroused by the fart smut than that he sent it to a minor.

The outro is very confusing. Earlier in the video he uses his abuse of Adderall to "help" make his videos as a reason why he needs to creepily call strangers on Discord to talk to them on VC all night, but then in the outro he LAUGHS when he mentions that people suggest he uses drugs like Adderall to make his videos. Really makes you wonder what other lies he's peddling.

Anyways, a 2/10 response video. Doubled down on the most consequential issues, his receipts only made him look more like a creep, he verified multiple allegations made against himself, and then he tries to ride off into the sunset while "Hotel California" plays him off. Very pathetic.
