The 'transphobia' stuff is likely due to the last episode of their podcast where they discuss underage gender transition. Pyrocynical was conflicted, Dolan Dark, Nerd City and Colossal is Crazy were against it. They even discuss the idea of restricting Internet access by age. It was a completely rational, empathetic discussion by four adults, so I'm not surprised the Usual Suspects are mad.

That said, what apparently happened was Nerd also brought in a moderator, named Merlin, from his NFT Discord to moderate the podcast one, and he called everyone a faggot and was generally disagreeable. There's talk that Nerd's Discord is populated with right-wingers (as in the /pol/ kind), which is brought up in the Tommy C video.

It's a shame because I thought the topics he brought up were genuinely interesting, but he was always a weird fit with the other three.

I remember making fun of Nerd's NFT project all the way back when it started. I still have problems with the guy but I hope he actually goes back to using those neat ideas he has to make videos instead of having to co-exist with the brit femboy fatfur and his enablers. I wouldn't wish the fate of having to cater to Pyro's audience for a living on my worst enemy.

I only found out of this today after YouTube's favourite fed, D'Angelo, showed up on my feed calling Nerd transphobic. Nerd should go on a heel arc and just expose breadtuber commentary, there's the legit argument that is funded by Qatari propaganda and Nebula itself seems like the subject of several bubble video essays in the future. It would be a funny little arc considering Nerd was skeptic adjacent in the beginning much like TRO, IH and Quinton.

Colossal doesn't care; he was willing to sweep for Pyro sexting a 15-year-old.

He might be closer to Nerd City's politics than Pyro's, but at the end of the day, he'll still bend over backwards to cover for his friends no matter what.

Yeah, the 15-year-old was the one he did furry inflation ERP with.

He also dated a 14-year-old French girl for a few weeks, but Keemstar kept fucking up the ages and it took much longer for the truth to come out. That 14-year-old girl later got raped by one of his friends (who was in his 20s) in the old MLG community, and he (of course) denies knowing the guy's age. Toastify made a good video on it.

They were meant to address the 14-year-old French girl stuff on their podcast, but Pyro chickened out and Colossal just never pushed him on it again.
