His issue has always been he doesn't actually have a personality: he started apeing Metokur's mannerisms, then Sam Hyde, and then Destiny. It's unsurprising that now he's going at it mostly alone that there is no flavour, considering his past videos, approach and style were inspired by whoever he was obsessed with for that year.

He’s back to writing his own scripts now, since the Kirk video I think. He doesn’t have a team anymore. I couldn’t tell you if the quality is any better, I haven’t watched him for like 2 years. His friends have said it is (and that they actually watch the videos now lol). But I don’t really expect to like them again. I thought his post pyro rebrand was decent (esp with more informal vids on the second channel), but I haven’t really liked his video style for 3-4 years. I mean clearly it’s working for him fine, so I don’t expect him to change randomly, but I’m just not that interested, even if he is writing

That personality issue is probably going to reemerge with him writing again. But I don’t think he needs to worry about his viewerbase as long as he still makes background noise for them. I still think his edgy boy past or maybe even his past Destiny sweeping will do him in.

No clue honestly. I think they might still be chill? They got on slightly worse terms with lolcow live I think? But within the last year or so I think he’s been to his house. Around the mama max drama he uploaded a video for the drama alert channel and I believe was offered a host position.

I started watching again after hearing Nick say Tom was motivated, but it sounds just as slop to me honestly. Genuinely couldn't tell the difference.

This video makes lots of weird assumptions. Nick and Chud are still cool. Nick and Keem are still cool, he just thinks Lowcow is gay so doesn't interact in public.
Not sure what this video hopes to achieve other than echo-chambering spicy chat retards who are clinging onto the WillyMac thing to this day. Just low quality slop with a lot of assumptions.

Nick and keem are cool but him and chud are not, as far as i can tell they dont hate eachother or anything but they clearly arent friends anymore mainly due to chuds inabilty not to sperg out about EHD

Why make a whole video about hypocrisy or whatever (I thought we were over 2018 commentary points already, hypocrisy arguments are best saved for live debates so you can actually press for an answer) with information that seems to be wrong when the main issue is that EHD content is boring. Just call it boring and gay. Why are we still stuck in the trap of trying to make basic videos way more “deep” than they actually are.

Why try to start infighting that will literally go nowhere (still under 5k views even with boosting from commentators) instead of just covering funny drama? If EHD content sucks so much (it does) people will be happy to see other content and will push it. That’s the best way to get a new arc going. A few commentators have said they don’t want to get into streaming until ehd ends and they can jump on the new thing, so why not try to get a new thing going?

Commentary has always been about trend chasing and covering one's ass. If you try and get a new thing going to has the likelihood of blowing up. Look at what happened to at Art Commentary. It just easier for everyone to just to be bottom feeders because you atleast have an out.

I do think the EHD shit has gotten completely played out. Ethan is a prissy jew, Idubz is a pussy, Hasan is the only "interesting" one because he actually fucks up in different ways.

I'm not blaming anyone for grinding it but like it's gotten to DSP detractor levels of squeezing blood from a stone.
 
I feel the same, at this point chud and spicychats sperging about how much EHD sucks has become more annoying than EHD to me.

EHD is boring and played out but most of these commentators would rather sit and cry about it instead of just finding diffrent things to cover

Their criticism of nick isnt even good half of it is just crying about him milking the drama or some small detail they didnt like his wording on and the other half is them trying to drag him into the willymac drama.

Nick is sucking jewish cock for money but somehow these guys have made me side with him
