To be honest I always thought the holy triad of Danny, Drew and Kurtis was uncancellable, this legit got a laugh out of me. I wonder if the other two will back him up or twist the knife...
Honestly I feel kind of bad. I don't think Danny is a bad dude, his content is pretty basic and safe, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. It must suck having this feeling that viewers can be set off by the slightest thing, I could see how it could be stressful. I think part of it is from having a zoomer audience and being associated with Kurtis Conner. Kurtis and his fans are the most insufferable faggots and I expect something bad will happen with them in that sphere eventually. He has this weird holier than thou smug attitude that Danny and Drew, who are seen as contemporaries, don't have. He seems like the kind of person that would throw one of his friends under the bus with a smile on his face because he gets brownie points. Kurtis gives me the same weird catty and petty vibes as Nickisnotgreen who they used to collab with, but just better at hiding how awful he actually is. Kurtis really looks and acts like the kind of "male feminist" that would end up having a dozen sexual misconduct accusations against them. He literally got famous from riding the coattails of Drew and Danny and being the third funniest guy in a trio.
Didn't know that. I watch his main videos as background noise or as some what i thought as researched well enough for me to understand situation. I like some of his tomdark videos though i don't watch too many of them or skip through most but he has shit ton of flaws from what i've seen:
He just had a kid, probably scrambling to keep this youtube thing running so he can continue working from home. Can't blame him too much, its pathetic, but its the audience he's collected. Not much he can do if he doesn't want to blow up everything he's built over the last near decade.
The problem with that is it requires someone to write the OP which is expected to be comprehensive, and high quality, so it can be a bit of an undertaking. Also there really isn't that much that would warrant a standalone thread. I feel like people talk about Tom a lot is because he's one of the few remaining Youtubers that still has a bit of crossover with the forum. There are smaller fish that do the same thing, but Tom is by far the most successful, that doesn't already have a thread, which makes him the biggest target. When the whole cuck drama started everyone was so invested because that would have been the inciting incident that pushed him into lolcow territory. For now we can really only watch him and shit on him for being Temu Cr1tikal.
