This is Sallie Ann Jarrett and she's the best girl! I bought her plushie during one of my 50 visits to see Antietam. I really like it there, sometimes I bring flowers for the dead people. Here is what her tag says,
"My name is Sallie. Just like human soldiers, I ran through many battlefields. I even have my own monument at Gettysburg where I protected my hurt friends during the battle." I've learned so much at various Civil War sites. Like there was a confederate unit that had a camel mascot, but he was unfortunate enough to be at the Siege of Vicksburg. Poor guy probably got ate when they started running out of food.:cryblood:

I like visiting Civil War sites during Halloween in order to go ghost hunting. I've never seen any ghosts, but my sister and her husband swear up and down that they've seen ghosts reliving Gettysburg. It's really funny how nowadays the Civil War is all about FREEING THE OPPRESSED SLAVES! It's like, hahahahahaha, no. Everyone knows that ALL WARS ARE BANKER WARS, even one of the stupidest wars this country has ever fought. Imagine having to fight your own brother in battle because of some stupid line that politicians made up. Oh, I also have a Detective Pusheen plushie and it's cute as fuck.
 
I have a big teddy bear that my dad gave to my mom on their first date, almost 40 years ago. Now it likes to sit around my room. Still in great condition, too.
 
I still sleep with two teddy bears just because I guess I need something to hold? Yeah I have my fiance but he's a sweaty bastard and not as fun to hug. One bear I've had since I was a newborn that was once, like all my toys, called Sally but now her name is just Ted. She's a plain brown teddy and her fur has matted but in a pleasant way? It's hard to explain. At one point I had a clown teddy bear (he wasn't creepy) that was partially made of this strange cold material but a moth fucking got him and my mums been promising to fix him for about a decade so I ended up having a large beanie baby replace Jarmers. The big beanie baby is a Sherbet. Though my memory is fuzzy because medication I can still remember picking him out in a Woolies in Scotland one Christmas when my family went to see my grandparents.

Of course like a typical woman I have about eight billion other soft toys floating around but Ted, Jarmers and Sherbet are my special ones even if Jarmers is in pieces (:_(
 
I mostly had toy robots as a kid, but I once had this stuffed triceratops that was my absolute favorite. Sadly, I somehow lost it. I never named him, but he kept the dream demons at bay.
 
We used to get a bunch of these animal alley stuffies when I was younger. My favorites were the rabbits. I think I still have mine, but they're in storage for now.

i have a lot of stuffed animals lol, i keep them in storage mostly. my favorite is my only one from childhood, a pikachu that is probably one of the only things from childhood i managed to keep. I love it. Also this cool rosy maple moth and luna moth plush i got as gifts

i have two huge boxes full of stuffed animals, some of them handmade by my great grandma.

also ordered a few of these online

Anyone else get irrationally scared their stuffed toys will be damaged beyond repair at some point. My favourite one., Mr. Beary Good, is very old. I repaired his neck a few months back and now he's getting patchy on his back.

I genuinely think the bow tie on his neck is load-bearing (no pun intended) at this point.

Also I genuinely fucking love that you put the package of steak with your lion. Those are some ofthe best pictures I've seen in a whiles and now I am smiling like a tard.

Who'd have thought, the Literally Hitlers and Doxing Booleeeesssss of the Darkest Corner of the Interchoobs have plushies??

I had to double-take at the rosy maple moth because it looks like a poofier Flareon plush lol. Goddamn it they're cute.

god i have way to many stuffed toys, i dont even use them for anything but when i see a cute one in a second hand store i need it and i will just add it to the ever growing pile. iots gotten to a point where i needed to move them all into my shed cause they cant all fit in my room
