If by CFMM you mean the medallion, then no. Somehow my camera made it look like it's some crazy hot pink. I don't know if it's the lighting or what, but the actual medallion (to my surprise) was a lot closer in color to the Rosechu in my avatar.

I did see before that some of the Rosechu medallions were just badly painted pink instead of just being made with pink model magic, and I didn't want one if it was going to be that ugly (I do have limits, after all) so when I commissioned this I made sure to specifically insist that it be made with pink model magic.

So it looks like it paid off.

CFMM = Crayola Fuckin' Model Magic

and yeah that's probably a good call to request pink model magic. I wonder if Chris was mad about the fact that he had to go buy pink model magic?

If Chris still made videos, I'd like to see a video of how he makes them. Then again, he probably thinks it's a closely guarded secret that he can't let the enemy find out about.
I think the only thing that bugs me about the medallions is that you can see his fingerprints all over them.

Well, there's your answer. He takes a glob of model magic and then smushes it into shape with his fingers.

Can't help that. Not like I expect him to use sculpting tools to smooth it out.

I guess it's less about the mystery of how he makes them and more about watching him do it in the most bizarrely inconvenient way possible...

I would be genuinely amazed if he'd never gotten his hair caught in one while it was drying.

I'm pretty sure someone's already reported getting a hair in theirs, haven't they?

Anyway, the fingerprint thing could easily be fixed by wearing rubber gloves or something, but I assume that would ruin the "hand crafted" aesthetic ...

Why is Chris signing the medallions "Christine", but still using "Christian" on Facebook?

Even more so, why does the certificate of authenticity read "Christian" but is signed "Christine"?

Call me cynical, but there is a small possibility he is doing things half-assed.

Already knew that, but yes, he didn't plan this out at all.

And indeed on the front of the very parcel the medallion came in? Sort of smacks of non-commitment, really.

Either that or simply exhausting the remaining stock of Christians before new Christines can be ordered. ;)

The idea of increasing numbers of people wearing these things things around amuses me to no end.
