N64: Hybrid Heaven

If spells were real they would be sequences of words that no one has ever spoken and no one would ever think of saying. "My favorite game on the N64 is Hybrid Heaven" would be a mighty spell in a world like that.

PC should probably be segmented like generations of consoles or in five year spans or something like that.

Amiga: Civ1, probably.
PC pre-2000: Fallout 1
PC post-2000: TBD

NES: No idea, there were good games but even good games were often crappy in some way.
SNES: Super Metroid. Good presentation, good gameplay.
N64: Wave Race 64.
GC: Resident Evil 4
Wii: Mario Galaxy
GB: Link's Awakening.
GBA: Aria of Sorrow.
DS: The slot that lets you put GBA games into it.
3DS: A Link Between Worlds.

PSX: Metal Gear Solid. Clever use of relatively simple game mechanics, fantastic presentation at the time.
PS2: Metal Gear Solid 2. Same as above, the game still looks stellar.

Xbox: Ninja Gaiden.
X360: Bayonetta.

Sit down. This could take a while.

Atari 2600: Pitfall II
Intellivision: AD&D 2: Treasure of Tarmin
NES: Castlevania III
SNES: Final Fantasy III(6)
Genesis: Shinobi 3
Playstation: Silent Hill
N64: GoldenEye
Dreamcast: RE Code Veronica
PS2: Silent Hill 3
Gamecube: Eternal Darkness
PS3: LA Noire
X360: Forza 4

Sega Master System: Phantasy Star
Sega Genesis: If I'm being honest, I think I played NHL '94 the most.
Atari Lynx: the port of Stun Runner was incredible for a handheld of its time.
Sega CD: Sonic CD.
Super Nintendo: I have one but I never owned that many games for it... Street Fighter II, I guess?
Playstation: Star Ocean: the Second Story
Sega Dreamcast: (Ferrari) F355 Challenge: Passione Rossa
Game Boy Advance: probably Golden Sun, hard to say which half of it.
Sony Playstation 2: OutRun 2006 Coast 2 Coast
Microsoft XBox: Project Gotham Racing 2
Nintendo Gamecube: Tales of Symphonia
Microsoft XBox 360: Project Gotham Racing 4
Nintendo DS: I have many games for it but I have a hard time singling one out. The Disgaea port was excellent, though.
Sony PSP: I have a PSP Go that used to be my brother's & only have games he preloaded onto it. Maybe Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky? The Gran Turismo PSP game is technically impressive for the handheld but it's missing career mode.
Sony Playstation 4: Tales of Berseria (bearing in mind that I only came into possession of a PS4 very recently & only have 2 games for it).

EDIT: I suppose if I count games I've only played as unofficial fan-translated ROMs, my Super Nintendo (okay, Super Famicom) choice would be the Sailor Moon: Another Story JRPG.
