Well I'm not but I'm addressing the obvious implication that one of those five votes is necessary and it would go utterly against anything they've previously said or done. You'll note I didn't include Roberts who would be the most likely to go for a compromise vote overruling Harvard and UNC's specific plans as against the previous Grutter and Gratz opinions (which it is) while declining to abolish affirmative action in general.

However, they don't even need Roberts. He'd have to go some convincing. That's the only way it doesn't go down entirely.

I'd even make a side bet though that not only do they overrule it entirely, it goes 6-3 with Thomas writing the opinion. I wouldn't bet a lot on that though.

Dealing with Ye must take a lot of patience. He loves the sound of his own voice and you don’t know wtf he’s talking about half the time. Maybe not for Nick, because that’s his idol and working with him like this is his dream, but for most people, dealing with Ye requires lots of patience.
I can see how Ye and Nick are a good fit. They both have serious gripes with how our system, our culture and our media currently operates; they both feel they’ve been unfairly fucked over by it and neither of them are shy about speaking up and letting anyone listening know how they feel about it. Ye doesn’t know how to articulate himself, though, his delivery is completely chaotic and nonsensical, whereas Nick’s is smooth and articulate. So, I could see how Kanye would take a liking to Nick, his approach and his talking points are much more grounded and easy to understand. Ye sees Nick as someone who is intelligent and helpful without being judgmental or trying to control him, helpful with information Ye doesn’t know and helpful when it comes “translating” what he (Ye) says.

My 1st criticism of Nick was that he steals ideas from other people.
I'm not surprised that he has changed his message because of Ye.

Nick is often heavy on the religious talk. He might have relaxed on it as of late as he's become more blackpilled, but one of the mire memorable Nick moments is him going on an unhinged rant about how he's not afraid of being killed by the deep state because he'll be a Catholic martyr and will be welcomed into the pearly gates.
