He's dressed as TV KWA... the Autistic Mercury is back
Objection, hearsay.I get the very conclusive impression you're a literal retard.

They'd fight for Japan? They were allies of Germany, after all.
I love how Hitler stans forget they were part of the Axis too.
Siding with the Japs means more dead chinks, many of whom were commie double agents already within the Kai-shek's Nationalist army, so maybe think twice about accusing others of dementia. If the dementia has progressed far enough for people to say they would fight for anime, it's time for euthanasia.
But any administration radical enough to desire a racially punitive reparations program is also radical enough to just expand the court and stack it with whatever number of sycophants is required.I get the very conclusive impression you're a literal retard. Who's your five you think are going to uphold it? The last time it was upheld it was 5-4 and that was with Kennedy and O'Connor. So which of Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett do you think are going to go rah rah affirmative action?
At least three of them have explicitly stated they would overrule affirmative action.
Since you know so much you should know.
Explain it with citations to their prior rulings and written opinions, dissenting or otherwise.
Well I'm not but I'm addressing the obvious implication that one of those five votes is necessary and it would go utterly against anything they've previously said or done. You'll note I didn't include Roberts who would be the most likely to go for a compromise vote overruling Harvard and UNC's specific plans as against the previous Grutter and Gratz opinions (which it is) while declining to abolish affirmative action in general.
However, they don't even need Roberts. He'd have to go some convincing. That's the only way it doesn't go down entirely.
I'd even make a side bet though that not only do they overrule it entirely, it goes 6-3 with Thomas writing the opinion. I wouldn't bet a lot on that though.
FDR couldn't do that with a trifecta having clobbered Alf Landon in a 523-8 electoral landslide, the biggest in history. But any administration radical enough to desire a racially punitive reparations program is also radical enough to just expand the court and stack it with whatever number of sycophants is required.
Grounds?????Objection, hearsay.
His mother's pussy is complete trash, your honor.Grounds?????
Objection deez nutzObjection, hearsay.
"Rape kill and die" not mentioned, the only thing really discussed about his disgusting attitude towards women has been "having sex with women is gay" and his virginity played as a joke.
My 1st criticism of Nick was that he steals ideas from other people.@ around 2:30:00 Nick sounds way more religious than he normally does (due to Kanye’s influence, IMO). He normally doesn’t inject God into his talking points or reasoning behind anything. He might say “as a Christian, I believe we’re all equal,” or something but beyond that, he doesn’t usually talk much about it. But now, all of a sudden, it’s “God delivered the cozy site coder…I feel I was appointed by God to do this…so long as we pray and have God on our side, we have nothing to worry about…” (paraphrasing, but y’all get the gist).
You're describing working with a narcissist and that deception applies to Nick and Trump too. It takes one to know one.Dealing with Ye must take a lot of patience. He loves the sound of his own voice and you don’t know wtf he’s talking about half the time. Maybe not for Nick, because that’s his idol and working with him like this is his dream, but for most people, dealing with Ye requires lots of patience.
Ye's rambling makes him look insane meanwhile Nick peddles conspiracy theories (Israel killed JFK). Bad + Bad = BAD!I can see how Ye and Nick are a good fit. They both have serious gripes with how our system, our culture and our media currently operates; they both feel they’ve been unfairly fucked over by it and neither of them are shy about speaking up and letting anyone listening know how they feel about it. Ye doesn’t know how to articulate himself, though, his delivery is completely chaotic and nonsensical, whereas Nick’s is smooth and articulate. So, I could see how Kanye would take a liking to Nick, his approach and his talking points are much more grounded and easy to understand. Ye sees Nick as someone who is intelligent and helpful without being judgmental or trying to control him, helpful with information Ye doesn’t know and helpful when it comes “translating” what he (Ye) says.
Nick is often heavy on the religious talk. He might have relaxed on it as of late as he's become more blackpilled, but one of the mire memorable Nick moments is him going on an unhinged rant about how he's not afraid of being killed by the deep state because he'll be a Catholic martyr and will be welcomed into the pearly gates.@ around 2:30:00 Nick sounds way more religious than he normally does (due to Kanye’s influence, IMO). Beardson then goes on a long ass-kissing rant.
Harris Walker wins the Fan Favorite award.
2:43:15 - Nick says this is his dream job, but he does miss the show and is going to try to do the show at least once a week, but is hoping to do it nightly again, just in a shorter format. Kanye wants him to do the show nightly because, according to Nick, he says, “we need your voice.”
2:44:56 Beardson continues to kiss Nick’s ass and says, “wonder what the people who told you to get a real job think now. I hope everyone is happy with the choices they’ve made.”
Nick responds that he’s “moved past that,” goes on a long rant about how “this is so much bigger,” how he and Owen Benjamin have patched things up, how he’s willing to make peace with “anybody” who mostly agrees with him, including haters and resentful people. He says Kanye has inspired him to be like this.
Beardson responds that he’s glad to hear that.
They say goodbye and the call ends.
Does he think if he dies fighting the infidels, God will forgive his homosexuality? I know that's how it works for Islams. He might have relaxed on it as of late as he's become more blackpilled, but one of the mire memorable Nick moments is him going on an unhinged rant about how he's not afraid of being killed by the deep state because he'll be a Catholic martyr and will be welcomed into the pearly gates.
